I had a salesman come to my door, last November, to ask if I was looking for a better hot water heater. He asked what were my costs, and with whom. I told him and he wanted to see what I had at that time.
I showed him the furnace and the GSW hot water that was showing signs of wear (rusty pipes). He wanted to know if he could install an "efficient" hot water heater that would take up less space and provide better performance over the old tank heater. I asked him what the monthly cost would be and he said it'll be about the same as I was paying now. It seemed to be a good deal so I took him for his word, so he set up a date for the new tank to be installed, with a "rental or sales" agreement on Nov.16, 2022.
He took my credentials, etc. and gave me an appointment date for the installers to come and install the unit. The crew came within a few days, and started the installation. When it was done, I was handed a "Water Heater Completion Certificate" from the tech - Mahan.
Our signatures were "6" font from a "cut/paste" install, from other/previous documents. It was blank, with check marks as to what tasks were performed. The Signature Certificates and the size Overall, the job was done and we had a "better" system, so they claimed. Not true!! The next time we ran the shower, the hot water was still cold until after a minute or two, it was hot enough to bathe properly. Didn't have that problem with the old tank. So now we're stuck with a "new" waste of time and money!! We have yet to find out where our "auto-transfer", of rental fees are going to, and at how many times per month. Time to visit the bank. I need to know how they have set and/or what "tag" they are using to "auto pay" arbitrarily any fee level they want.
The RSF Smart Flex Plan Agreement, wasn't explained clearly then again they copy-pasted my signature as if I actually read EVERY page, no way. BTW what's the idea of having 3 Signature Certificate pages?
Is it possible to arrange a meeting, at your office and show you what
I have? I have the time to get this situation over and done with, in MY
favour instead of there's.
Many Thanks to you all,
