She kept insisting I "needed" certain stones and that they were "must-haves," which was honestly a bit too much. I was looking for guidance, not a hard sell. I even asked if a smaller version of one crystal was available, and she told me no--but when I looked myself, I found smaller and more appropriate options for my space. Store Layout + Products The store has a ton of bulk goods--spices, teas, beans, candies, etc.--but I'll be honest, some bins looked like they hadn't been rotated or updated in a while. I was hesitant to buy anything from them this visit because a few items appeared dusty or outdated. Vibe While I value passion and expertise, the employee's approach felt overbearing at times. They are also able to custom make capsules for each person based on what ailments they have to ensure they don't interact with medications that you're on. Same with finding good low odor white chia seeds. I just wish they placed them near the grains and legumes instead of nuts and seeds. I had a hard time finding them when I visited the store. The deli/meat counter customer service was helpful and efficient. Produce department was organized and everything looked fresh and ripe. Looking forward to revisiting again in the future.
