I've done myself a disservice by not checking them out sooner, but I've placed 2 online orders in the past 2 months and have nothing but great things to say about the service and products. Shopping online is incredibly easy and I love the variety that they offer - from feminine care and toiletries to kitchen accessories that make me feel like a better human on this planet! I have placed both orders in the morning and had happy mail on my front porch by the end of the day. Best. Service. Ever! Some favorites - the beeswax food wraps, loofah dish sponges (I really thought they'd scratch my nonstick pans and they don't!), bamboo sponge/soap dish and soap pouch for my shower. The solid shampoo and conditioner is also amazing (and great for travel)! The Last swab ear swab (qtip replacement) didn't do it for me, but that's personal preference. I just don't care for how it feels in my ear. I am hoping to stop in soon and refill some containers for dish soap and laundry powder or detergent - just waiting for what I have to run out. Refill, don't landfill! I love the idea of sustainable alternatives to items we use and discard every day. We need more spots like Less Than! read more

This place is awesome! I've been to the Hampton, Norfolk and VB location and they're all so clean and aesthetically pleasing! I love the idea of this! The fill station is great! I want it all the Meliora Peppermint Tea Tree Gentle Scrub Cleaner is amazing! A little goes a long way and gets the job done! I use it to scrub my sink with a lemon and it's never been so clean! The Bergamot + Eucalyptus body wash is my go to wash-it really hydrates my skin. I love this place and the owner is super friendly and helpful- I'm so happy that he's been opening stores in more locations!! This place is great! It's a neat concept of reduce, reuse, recycle and using eco friendly everyday products. After glancing around the whole store I had to compose myself from buying too much. I felt I needed everything! There's cleaning products, toiletries, and even items for your pets. The layout and decor of the store is unique and welcoming. I stumbled upon this place walking home from a lunch and it is a delight. I love the concept and the products I picked up have been great. I got a cream, a pimple paste and In the bulk area a body wash end lotion- all have been great quality, smell good, do their job; etc. The staff was friendly and giggled when I got soap all over myself ;-) it was my first time so I took advantage of their free glass bottles, but next time will bring my own collection and get more stuff. This shop is my favorite place in norfolk. I love being able to go into a cute shop to get what I need, while also feel like I am helping the environment. Less Than makes it easy to do the right thing! I've used a bunch of their products at this point. Their hand soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, bar soaps and facial products... all the best!! Such a cute shop! I mostly go here to stock up on shampoo but they have tons of eco friendly options that I plan to try in the future. The staff are friendly and helpful but never pushy which I really appreciate. So happy this store exists so I can support local and cut back on plastic waste and online shopping all in one. I cannot say enough good about Go Less Than! I love the clean, minimalistic shopping experience and knowledge of staff at both locations. While I have been to the Ghent location several times, this time I visited the new Virginia Beach location, and Kristen was super helpful! Restocking my dishwasher tabs was a top priority, but I walked away with many more items to keep our household running without creating additional waste. So happy to have a package free shopping option in Norfolk! I went to check out the shop a few days ago and was impressed by the selection. They carry primarily home goods, such as laundry detergent/dish and hand soap, beauty tools like reusable Q Tips and cotton circles, epsom salt, as well as cleaning tools for water bottles and reusable straws. The store was thoughtfully organized and super fun to peruse. There's a limit on how many shoppers can enter at once, as well as mask and hand sanitizer requirements, so I felt safe shopping there. My partner was most excited to find a stainless steel razor/shaving set that was reasonably priced in the men's' shaving section. Check them out-- you won't be disappointed! read more

I went yesterday & boi let me tell you how cute this little place is!! (apart from the fact that you can EASILY get there on the bus #2) they have community jars you can take if you forgot to being your own, they have reusable pads, shampoo for da doggos, scrubbies for your dishes, cute ass masks, and just sooo much more. This is a good place to get all of your basic needs. Not to mention, the prices are really good. I had made an appointment and still ended up being like an hour and a half late thankfully the owner was very cool & understanding about it.
