I paid the first half of the deposit when I placed the order, and the second half once I had the gender results. They were able to make my cake that same day! I would have preferred they said a later time and were able to make the piping look as neat as possible. This being said I'm still impressed and grateful they made the cake on such short notice. I also requested pastel colored filling and it was very dark. Unfortunately I did not love the taste of the cake and couldn't not eat more than a few bites. The vanilla icing was overly sweet. My husband, son and daughter in law each got a personal pizza and really liked them. As my daughter in law will be attending ODU we already made a pact that she would bring home Kouign Amanns every time I come into town to visit them!
