I'm so thankful I found this spot! It was a recommendation from another client and even though I was a tad hesitant to try it over waxing I decided it was worth it. I'm so glad that I made that choice, as it was much smoother and didn't have the same pain issue that often I find with waxing. It took a bit longer but Janine did such an excellent job making sure nothing was forgotten. The space was super clean and I was able to ask any questions and she was a professional throughout. The space is inside an office building with a little lobby for waiting, and she was very timely. I already booked my next visit as it was so much easier on my skin and O didn't notice any red bumps or issues afterwards which I usually get from waxing. i'm selfish so i've held off on this review This is my favorite place to travel every single month. I live west and and am soon moving into avon. this business is in greenwood. i made the decision 2 or 3 years ago that i wanted to consistently get sugared for my skin's sake so i researched and only 2 people in indy popped up. Janine and someone else. the other person was actually expecting and not accepting clients. she was so gracious and told me to call janine. I've never been so grateful! Janine has become one of my favorite people ever! She is super flexible with my work schedules. Her suite is always clean and smells fresh. She's very professional and knowledgeable about her industry. It helps that she has a diverse clientele base; she knows the general curl patterns for different hair. She offers full body and/or targeted area hair removal. sugaring (a form of wax) and threading. i personally receive eyebrows, face, underarms & brazilian. if i can add pics of waxed before and after underarms and face i will. :) read more

I've been twice to Janine now, this was my first sugaring experience and both the hair removal process as well as results after are far better than waxing. It was easy to book my appointment, the office is very private and clean, Janine's process is very efficient plus she's very friendly and easy to talk with to help distract (cause it's not pain free, at least not yet, but far less painful than waxing). I'll be returning for sure! read more

Janine is absolutely amazing in every way; I literally trust her with my life. Look no further because honestly, she's the best of the best. Her technique is absolutely flawless and she always spends the time needed to ensure client satisfaction. She ensures that all COVID-19 precautions are in place and followed vigorously. She does a fabulous job with sanitization, even prior to the pandemic. Unfortunately, I've missed a few appointments here & there over the course of a year and am unsure if I am still an active client. I've reached out but have yet to hear back, which I understand; ultimately, I am responsible. I am a young adult and struggle with time management, although, I am working diligently to "stay ahead of time" and am partaking in various exercises and activities to lessen the chances of tardiness. I've had waxed before but never sugaring and this was an amazing experience. With it being post Covid shutdown, Janine did a great job keeping the place clean and sanitized. But also this was the best Brazilian I've ever had. 10/10 highly recommend! read more

I have tried a wide range of hair removal procedures in the past - everything from waxing to laser removal to shaving and plucking - and this was one of the best experiences I've had. The location is small, but clean and well kept. There's no real waiting area, but I don't think there's often a queue. Janine is friendly, easy to talk to, and keeps up a constant stream of chatter to distract you from the process, which prevents a lot of awkwardness before it has a chance to start. As far as the actual sugaring goes, she wore gloves the whole time, the sugar was kept in a sealed container and I had no worries whatsoever about hygiene or cleanliness during it. I'm already looking forward to going back next month and I give her a hearty two thumbs up. read more
