With the help of Marty, AJ, and Jesse, the speaker problem was finally resolved. They care very much about patient satisfaction, and it is reflected in their actions. I was given a quote and approved that amount, but when I picked up my vehicle, it was $1200 more than the estimate. I paid it because I needed my car, but had an attorney help me draft a letter and sent it certified mail requesting half of my money back. Under Ohio laws (OAC 109:4-3-13), automotive repair companies need approval before making repairs exceeding the initial quote. On the positive side, they did provide me a vehicle while my car was being repaired and did end up reimbursing half of my money. Then, 4 months later, the same diagnostic code came on my Jeep and I made an appointment at Kufleitner's, as the work has a 2 year warranty. They refused to even diagnose my Jeep and told me the work they did was not warranted. Again, which I don't believe they can do. They're upset because they did not follow the law and someone held them accountable. Throughout my life, I have purchased to date 7 Dodge-Jeep vehicles and have never had a negative experience from any other dealership. I ended up taking my Jeep to Jim Shorkey Dodge-Jeep. They made the repairs, as the parts were still under warranty. They were pleasant and great to work with. Next time, I will definitely go there, but will never go to Kufleitner's again.

I normally don't write long reviews, but my experience with Ken Ganley Kia of Boardman was so…read moredisappointing and stressful that I feel compelled to warn others. What should have been an exciting purchase turned into a two-week nightmare -- one week just trying to complete the deal, and another week waiting for the dealership to finally release my approved, paid-for vehicle. During that delay, I was told I'd still have to pay for the days I didn't even have the car in my possession. My experience with sales associate Christopher Kenney, finance manager Heather Marino, and general manager Melanie Yesovich was marked by misinformation, unresponsiveness, and defensiveness. I was repeatedly pushed aside, ignored, and treated as though my time and business didn't matter. Even after paying my down payment and signing the paperwork, they refused to release the car, citing "funds clearing" from the leasing company -- which makes no sense for a lease. When I raised the issue, I was offered only $40 compensation and told to sign a release form that would have silenced me from ever sharing this experience publicly. I refused. The only person who showed any professionalism was sales manager Mark Dickerhoof, who listened, treated me with respect, and ultimately honored the national offer I was initially denied. Unfortunately, every other part of this dealership failed to deliver even the most basic level of customer care. As a former licensed car salesman at Klaben Ford and Lincoln and a recipient of the Key to the City of Youngstown, I know how customers deserve to be treated -- and this dealership fell far below that standard. If you value honesty, professionalism, and respect, steer clear of Ken Ganley Kia of Boardman.

Had to take my 2016 KIA Sorento in for another recall, this is the Kia that has the bad motors…read more Same KIA that anyone could step into & brake steering column & steal it, Insurance rates went up & then they didn't want to insure it! KIA said use a wheel locking stick like from the 1970's. Will maybe KIA was hopping all the lemons they built & the one they sold me would be stolen & totaled? My background is I am a certify ASE master technician (retired) I still build motors now as a hobby, I know what has happen inside this engine. Now oil loss is so bad Kia now says It can use up to one quart every 1,000 miles before they will replace there defective motors. As mine only uses .8 per 1,000 miles, they consider it acceptable, so between oil changes they want me to add 5 quarts of oil as the engine will burn/blow by on there defected engine block, with defected oil rings, wonder why EPA has not stepped in with the pollution this veh puts into our air. And the service department has to be of the rudest I have ever talked with, the write up person named Samantha I think would just talk down to you as if The customer is the issue not the lemon Kia produced. They want you to bring in for oil change, then you drive it, then back for them to check it, then in for 2nd change to verify it's a oil burner, then back & forth how many times, delay is another word for denial, they Just have one class action law suit after another. I am having better results dealing with E.P. train derailment then KIA.

My new car has been having on-and-off starter issues for almost three months. I originally had an…read moreappointment for August but the issues stopped (again) so I cancelled the appointment. Then the issues started (again) so I make a new appointment for today. Wait this whole month and bring it in, and I am told they can't diagnose the issue because the vehicle is behaving today. I said I am worried about getting stranded with the weather getting cold. They have nothing to say to that. I explain to them that the problem is inconsistent, and it's not my fault that it's not having issues today when I finally have an appointment. Again, nothing to say. I ask if next time that my vehicle is having the same issue if I should drive it directly to the dealership, as I can't predict when the issue occurs to make an appointment for that day. They tell me no. They suggest I take a video next time and they can escalate it to the Hyundai technical support team. So how am I supposed to get my car fixed?? This vehicle was bought new not even a year and a half ago! Totally unacceptable! Clearly I wouldn't have spent my afternoon waiting around at the dealership if there was no issue. I think it is asinine that I was turned away with no resolution in an unsafe vehicle! If they are able to escalate the issue then they should have done it TODAY and sent me home in a rental until the problem was fixed! Instead I have to risk driving in the bad weather coming soon in a new vehicle that doesn't start and being stranded??? Absolutely terrible service. I am considering just trading the car in and going back to Chevy vehicles; Chevy never gave me bad service that could potentially put me in danger. I cannot believe that after buying the car new just last year and with it being under warranty that I am being denied service.
