We were recommended by a friend, I decided to give them a try, and found that they exceeded expectations all around What I discovered about them is that they don't charge you to look at your car and give you an initial evaluation like most auto shops which could be $100-200 just to even look at your car. The recommendations that came back from my repair was on the high end in the worst case scenario, and that was absolutely on par with the dealership's service departments. However, they recommended the repair plan to start with the simple repairs and if that doesn't work go on to the further so overall my bill was much less than going to a branded Repair Shop. The repair ended up working right off the bat, at a much lower cost, and they treated me like I was a person. They spoke to me like I was a normal human being who didn't really know much about car maintenance and I greatly appreciate them talking to me at my level. Looking at the cars that were in there repair lot, it ranged anything from really old classical cars to really high end sports cars, and then every normal car in between. They clearly have a skill set that is suitable for All Makes and Models (dad pun). I can't recommend them enough, they're practical, down to earth, and they work with you to meet you at your level. If you ever need a repair the only thing they really don't do is body work I would absolutely check this place out.

The vehicle was a pearl white color, hard to match. They fixed the dent and matched the paint so that you couldn't tell anything had ever happened. Recently I was in an accident with an uninsured driver. I had just gotten another vehicle three weeks before. I had to file the claim with my insurer. What a time to find out how terrible their claims department was, which will be another review about them when the claim is done. The adjustor was so rude, as if I had caused the accident. I had received a concussion and was so distraught over the treatment I received. Leah at Waikem was such a help.
