Everyone else (3 dealers and 2 independents) were booked out a week or more. Obviously Matt is a busy guy but his work ethic is outstanding and he is part of the rare breed of service providers these days who cares. He can multi task and i feel that his work is efficient. He test drove the car right away, and is now under the hood on another call with Red Bull drink waiting and diagnosing the issue and already has a suspect glow plug yanked out. He hasn't done any quoted work for me yet but he is getting 5 stars for who he is - energetic, caring, competent and for what he is doing at a brisk pace for me wo an appointment. He is hustling for me and it is appreciated. I have not seen this level of effort and service in a long time. If I lived here he would be my mechanic!
