had diesel engine repair done an the service was exceptional, repairs were exceeded and even though the engine was irreparably damaged, they fixed it good enough that I could still use it again! prices are about average, very professional service and staff!! those guys were so friendly and willing to go the extra mile for me and I would recommend them for any kind of service, especially when it comes to diesel engines. very knowledgeable and reliable folks! read more

First and foremost, this is a fantastic shop! If you need auto work done, you'll be hard-pressed to find a team as upfront and honest with you about the job, or who provides the same speed and quality of work for the price. My family and I have been taking our cars here since it was Marvin's and couldn't have been happier when Chris took ownership. His team can handle nearly any issue and does a fantastic job regardless of the simplicity, complexity, or time-consuming nature of the work. But if a job is out of scope, they tell you as much, and will even point you to another shop that can help. I recently hit a deer and while I know they don't do body work, I knew I could count on them to provide a suggestion. (Shout-out to our friends at K&K Auto Body in Tipp who were equally fantastic to work with!) I have a specific story to share from Friday morning, but before I do, as I was reading through all the reviews here - dating back nearly 10 years - I came across only one negative review. Wow! I'm not surprised that so many are 5-star positive, but impressed as I read all the stories others have shared! But then again, that's the reason I'm here: to report incredible extra effort, that I honestly couldn't have imagined. This morning I was driving to work when I hear a slight "pop" and then I just hear hissing. "Shit." I thought as I started to pull over, but I was close to a small church parking lot so I turned in there instead. I was getting out to put on the spare but decided to call Supertech to see what they thought. I was just down the road from Super Tech Heavy Duty after all, so what could it hurt? Maybe they'd suggest trying to put some air in it and then bringing it down to the heavy-duty shop. John picks up and when I told him where I was he just said, "sit tight, I'll be there in a few." I wasn't expecting that at all! I called Supertech, not Superman, not AAA. But in about 15-20 minutes here he comes in his personal vehicle but dressed in his professional uniform. He gets out and has me move the car a bit to find where the damage was, but couldn't find it. Out comes the compressor he brought along. He puts some air in and has me move it again. There it was... and he showed it to me... a two-inch tear that went from the outer bottom of the tire into the sidewall. No fixing that. So I start getting out the tools to put the spare on and HE DOES THAT, too! Not only that, but before he even finishes putting the spare on, he calls back to the shop and has two new replacement tires ordered so that he beats the cutoff for getting them delivered today! Are you freaking kidding me?! So he finishes getting the spare on and sends me on my way. Three hours later Matt calls to say they have my new tires. I take the car down and drop it off. Two hours after that "Your tires are done... Oh, and we did the oil change you had scheduled for next week, too. And checked brakes and fluids and so on..." Are you KIDDING ME?! Today you guys literally turned "Shit." into "HOLY SHIT!", and I can't thank you enough! I definitely WILL be back! read more

Amazing shop and employees. Took my dually there for transmission issues. Had it diagnosed and fixed within a few days. Saved me thousands of dollars as others wanted to install a new transmission without even looking at it. I will be back for sure. read more

These guys are the best. Quality and timely work for reasonable prices. I drive my fleet vehicles 28 miles to get service at this shop. I could save money on my fleet cars going to a lesser shop closer to me but I won't sacrifice for the quality of service I receive at Super Tech. Clean shop, friendly staff and great work done by ASE certified mechanics. My brother also uses this shop and feels the same way. He turned me on to them and I've been a customer for 6-7 years since. We have taken both of out cars here for new tires. Their prices couldn't be beat! Both times we were able to drop our cars off, grab a bite to eat nearby and they always called before our meal was done to say that out cars were ready. Very nice and clean waiting room. What a great group of guys. I was traveling through on I-70 last summer when some asshole cut me off in my dually pulling a 24ft enclosed trailer with a truck inside I had to slam on my brakes which resulted in a blown brake line. I called every service center on that exit and nobody could help me out as in was almost 5 o'clock on a Friday. I called the guys at super tech last and they got me fixed up and back on the road in no time at all. They even hooked me and my wife up with a couple t shirts and can koozies for the truck show that we were headed to. If I lived closer I would go here for all my mechanical problems. read more
