We just bought our second puppy from Simpson's and I cannot recommend them enough. Our first Lab from Simpson's is a year and a half old and has hands down been the best dog I have ever had. He has been so loving and tolerant with my young children. Our second puppy we just brought home a week ago and we look forward to getting to know him as he grows. As far as Glennda goes, she has always been great to work with. She has always been responsive to questions I have and gets back to me in a timely manner (even before buying our second puppy from her). Her dogs are well bred and it shows! The facility was always clean and tidy when we picked up our puppies, and the puppies seem to be extremely well cared for. There is no where else I would want to buy a lab! read more

We got a puppy here in early 2020. It's kind of in the middle of nowhere, so we made a trip out of it. At the time they ran the operation out of their home, though they were building new garages or something to house the quickly expanding operation. It's clear they are now a breeding mill since they seem to have puppies available non-stop. Anyways, our dog's hips did not develop. And that happens with labradors. But when we notified the breeder, thinking they might keep track of this stuff and maybe ensure any dogs with too many defective puppies get taken out of the breeding channel, we received no response whatsoever. So as I sit here in my kitchen after paying $4300 for one hip to be replaced (the other one will be for the future) while my dog is vomiting and crying, yeah, I'm a little miffed that they didn't even have the decency to respond. read more
