My dogs loved her and trusted her and thoroughly got excited to see her every few months when we went. I called Ann yesterday to schedule another appointment and when she returned my call today she told me she decided to drop my dogs as clients. Her "reason" was because I'm too far (currently in St.Charles) and that I could have an accident bringing them to her....um what? First of all I'm pretty sure that's my prerogative and if I'm supporting your business why would you care? Second of all I have lived in St.Charles for almost 5 years and she has never once had an issue about my drive there (although when I brought this up, she claimed she's always had an issue but just chose not to say anything). Now, because of location and work schedules and her hours there, there were times where I'd have to bring two of them at a time (with her approval) and she would knock them both out in one day. Because of the distance I wouldn't go back home but I would to sit or keep busy in south county until they were finished. Long day for her?? Yes, but, for me too. I get up at 3am for work and would even leave work a half hour/hour early to rush home, grab my dogs, and book it to keep our appointment, and then sit in my car or something for HOURS and tired as hell from my long day all just so she could be the one to take care of my pups. If that's not loyalty from a client/customer I don't know what is. Did she stay late for me to do this? Yes, and when she did I would tip her even to show my appreciation for all that she did. Was it always like this? Not until recently in the past year or so. Did she ever tell me there was an issue with this? No. Not once. Every few months that we would talk to schedule the next appointment not once did she tell me she had an issue. If she did I would've sucked it up and only brought one at a time because I respected and appreciated her and her business. I don't think she is truly being honest with me for the reason she is dropping me and my dogs and that's hurtful. For all the referrals, all the dollars and years spent believing in someone and their business. I would get shit all the time from my loved ones about how ridiculous it is to go to a groomer so far out, but I wanted to remain loyal to her. I would love to give her a five star review because her work is awesome, but she has shitty hours that are constantly changing and has no respect or appreciation for the clients that have helped keep her small ass grooming room afloat. I even asked if it was because she didn't like my dogs or me and she rudely just said , " nope you're just too far and I don't want to deal with it anymore." Like she was the one using the gas and being majorly inconvenienced?? I'm very disappointed and hurt by her actions.

Kaitlyn was rude to my wife, rude to other staff, and was rude to the doctor in front of my wife. The care we chose for our dog with the dr was interrupted by this tech questioning not only every decision the doctors themselves made, but also the decisions we, the parents made. The drs have degrees and the parents know their pet. This behavior impedes animal care. She has an attitude problem someone might want to address. I hear therapy is free on some apps.

Regarding water feature service: I shimmied over to PondMarket in South County to figure out where…read morein the world to start with a problem I had on a newly acquired waterfall in my backyard. They filled me in on all the possible reasons my water feature could be losing water and gave me the number of Chad at Gateway Aquatics to come look at it. We are handy. My husband is in construction. We both stared at the water feature and had no idea where to even start troubleshooting it. I was SO grateful when Chad came by. Now, it's not free to have him come by...but it's helpful. He was very informative in explaining all the possible issues and how they could go about fixing it. He texted me an estimate that day or the next and could start the work the following week. I waited about a month to schedule but he was on it then. A 50% payment is required before the work is done and it can be paid by credit card with no extra fee. Chad and the helper came by on time and did a great job fixing it. In my case, the water feature was leaking water. They dug up the hillside, replaced the hose, replaced one pump, replaced the waterfall box, and a few other small things. Total was around $2,500. I was shocked to hear him tell me how much people pay for these things. SHOCKED. I inherited it in a house purchase and it better be good for a while with no calls to Chad needed!
