When I started working out with Ryan and Jamie I couldn't even squat and could only do 3 push-ups. I had always loved to exercise but was looking for a place to go where I could be told how to do the exercises correctly, to get stronger and increase my endurance. I am happy to say that I found the perfect gym and coaches. I have accomplished more than I ever imagined. Now I can do at least 20 push-ups without resting, my squats have great form, I am much stronger and my body is toned and my endurance has drastically improved. Not only did I accomplish my goals but I made friends with an amazing group of men and woman I exercise with. We challenge and encourage each other and have a lot of fun along the way. I love this gym! Strength in Numbers focuses on group fitness with boot camp and kickboxing classes. I have been a member for nearly three years and go to the gym 4-5 times/week.
