Every time I've been to one of these, I get a really nice greeting, the guy today was from India, very polite to everyone that walked in. I talk to him for a second, since I've been to India, he was extremely nice. I think his name was Bahn or something similar. If I am not mistaken, you can also use your Smith's card here for discounts on gas. So if you don't have a Smith's card, get one as it is definitely my favorite place to shop for all of the low price groceries.

Here I noticed that the people at the gas station pumping their own gas are friendly towards each other. As you can tell I'm California born and raised and am ready to stand my ground versus thinking someone wants to say hi and just talk. The gas station itself has a small convenience store but no car wash. You didn't have to wait for someone to pump their gas either half the pumps were empty.

The pumps can get busy especially on the weekends and you might have to wait for one, but it is never more then a 3-4 minute wait, get in line behind a small car, not a truck or SUV and your wait will be shorter (cars hold less gas!)

Along with the store, the Restrooms were clean. There was a solid selection of drinks, as you'd expect as a gas station/convenient store. Service was very nice, so they also had that going for them. Overall, not a bad place to stop for gas, but my wife didn't want to get out. She used the restroom a few exits up, but secretly I think she just wanted Starbucks.

I really like how the company seems to hold high standards for it's stores and its consistency between locations. This location in particular, is pretty convenient when traveling between the northern and southern parts of Reno. It's about halfway between Virginia St and 395, so really easy to access on the main veins. When I visit any location, I usually aim for the self check outs, as I pay with card and don't need the cashier to make change for cash. The self check outs are easy to use and prompts are easy to read and navigate. Consistent with the other locations, the coffee station and the to go hot food (aka delicious burritos) are well stocked in the morning, and less so in the afternoons I've noticed. (Also small gripe with the sausage burrito (my go to) has a new sauce and I personally hate the flavor of it. Just give me the ingredients without any extra sauce.) The added 24/7 hours make it real easy for any hour of travel to stop in and get road trip goodies!
