I called twice to ask for the code because otherwise I wouldn't be able to get fuel. A rude woman answered the phone without the proper greeting they usually answer with. She never gave me her name, but she demanded to know who I was. I explained that I'm a trucker and that I just want to fuel up. She then transferred me to their shop, who couldn't help me since they aren't responsible for the pumps. I was really disappointed because other locations have never treated me this way any time I've called to ask. Love's is notorious for their friendliness but I felt disrespected, their lack of customer service was not okay. Because of this negative experience I just left to get fuel at a different travel stop instead.

Spacious parking lot for autos, clean area. Went into the store, and looked at the deli area -- nicely stocked with fruit, sandwiches, healthy drinks such as Bolthouse items. Bathrooms are clean and orderly, full stocked with soap, wipes. Due to the large spacious area away from the pumps, we drove to the edge of the parking lot and ate from our ice chests. That was nice. Large trash can nearby to receive our refuse. Unfortunately this was the only downer, the trash can was almost full ... and there was quite a bit of trash around the area (grassy area). To be fair, it was a windy afternoon, perhaps the wind wreaked havoc with the top layers of trash? It could be that many others took the opportunity for a quick picnic and made use of the trash can. I suggest adding a can or is it to empty more often?
