If I could give this place a zero star I would. The cashier inside was on a power trip. I went to get a water cup from inside and he walked outside and said I had to pay for a cup. I was pumping gas and the tall foreigner came to get the cup. Then when my mom went inside to buy a candy bar and water he gave her the cup. It made me really unhappy and it made my mom cry. I am a customer pumping my fuel and needed a water cup. Such a fu**kin piece of sh***t. Fu**k this place and I'd never use the fuel pump again. read more

I have the advantage program where I save .20 cents every gallon and I have to buy premium gas so I come to this location and it's always perfect! I have no complaints about it. I also go to this other Sinclair station but it's sometimes down, as well as this other Sinclair location which is cool. I really like the feature that you can park at the pump any way because it's a wrap around fuel pump to where it pulls around the car, so it doesn't matter what side your gas tank is on. Also I can pay right from the app on my phone and don't have to go inside or swipe. read more

The older woman with the light colored hair working at 8:17 p.m. on 06-15-23 should not be working in customer service. She was eating behind the register when I walked in, as I stood there she was so into the conversation she was having with her coworker about a duffle bag I was ignored. So I went to the other register, then she tells me that one is closed, with a really bad attitude and points at the sign. So I told her I went there since she was eating and ignored me, then copped a real bad attitude after taking my money, then threaten cancel my sale, all because she was eating and ignoring her customers and having a conversation about a duffle bag. I'm a paying customer. And customers should not be treated in that manor. She needs to be retrained in customer service. Maybe she should eat on her lunch or breaks in her car or office but not in-front of customers.it's not only rude but I don't need to see what she's chewing on. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would, but to start off let me say this used to be my favorite gas station up until a few days ago an employee ruined it for me. VERONICA working register that day was a little entertained by a conversation she was having with a woman just standing off to the side. There were two people in front of me and after roughly ten minutes of going back and forth from her conversation to actually attending customers it was finally my turn. I proceeded to ask for $60 on pump 6, gave her the money and walked out. I got to the pump and the pump wasn't activated and so I went inside and asked her if she had put the money on the correct pump, she then started saying that she was supposedly talking to me and what not, after multiple times of going back and forth to the pump I went inside and was going to ask for my money when I approached the counter she said "Here's your money, you can go to Arco." I took my money and left, she clearly has NO professionalism, is busy having other conversations and isn't paying attention to what she should be doing. read more
