However they took our name and cc info and said that they would not charge until the day of . Also, we were told that they have an abundance of jet ski's so we didn't have to reserve for that . Fast forward to the Friday prior to our arrival we were told that they were a boat down and call in the morning to see if it would be fixed and available. Called Saturday morning and was told no boat for us ..sorry . My response was why does it matter , we have reservations so we should have 1st dibs on all Of the boats they have available . They said that the boats were given to those who paid in advance . Major lesson for us planning however that should have been said during the time of the reservation . Or making their policy clear !!! We were told , we don't accept payment until the day of !! So I guess locals have an advantage with in Person bookings or their system is not up to date to take payments over the phone. Who knows but they were horrible. However, after all this happened we asked well if the boat is not available , do You have any jet skis ? They said they were all reserved !!! But over the phone during the initial reservations we were told that they have an abundance of jet skis and they do not do any reservations on those . I was assured that the boat would have the accessory table, boat cover and all manuals at delivery. The table and owners manuals were not delivered. The cover delivered with boar was for a completely different and larger craft - it did not fit. I tried for over 8 weeks to get an answer from YH as to when these items could be delivered. After several texts and emails, I finally was called by the original salesman that my cover would be in, in 5 days. I allowed 10 days to pass before reaching out for status. I was then told a new cover would be ordered and the boat would need to be picked up. At pickup, I was told it would be returned in "a couple days".. It has now been 7 days with no communication from YH. I just called and was told "it's next in line"! When I asked when it would now be ready? - I was told "hopefully this weekend. If you value your time, expect service from companies you spend your money with, do not do business with us location.

We traveled from Lexington, KY and were staying in North Augusta, SC which was only about 30-40min away. Worth the drive!! We did the Bronze Party Package for 10 of us - it was easy to book and totally affordable. This package included: 1 jet ski, 2 single kayaks, 1 tandem kayak, 2 stand-up paddleboards, and a party float/ lounger! We had fun alllll dayyyy long!! The staff was informative and took our safety seriously but also really encouraged us to have fun. Riding the jet skis was probably our favorite part! There was a picnic table right by the water that we were able to use and the water in the lake was clear. We even got to see an Eagle!!!
