I came in at 1 and there was not one person in the waiting room, receptionist told me to come back at 230. Came back at 230 and had to wait another 45 minutes to be seen. Also it's a different "doctor" every time I go in. They are all either NP or RN which is usually fine but if I'm being seen for the third time for the same issue, maybe it's time to call in an MD. Oh that's right they do t have any. NEVER going back to that place.

She let me know that she sees a lot of people and doesn't have the time to find out what my symptoms are from. She did not perform an exam or ask me hardly any questions. She couldn't have cared less and was extremely condescending. It's heartbreaking to be in so much pain and pay for that type of experience. I was in the room for under 5 minutes proscribed something that she changed several times and sent on my way to figure it out.

How are you supposed to build a rapport with a physician when they are either let go or they quit. The type of care I have received this last year has declined. Our active duty members deserve this level of service. Had I experienced the same medical issues while a dependent as I did while active duty, I would have been diagnosed much sooner and with less resistance. I truly believe that the medical squadrons (AF) fall under that political BS we are all familiar with. So, this review is two-fold. 1.) THIS IS AN AMAZING DEPENDENT ONLY CLINIC 2.) I had prepared a history of what occured in the past 17 years. Instead of a qualified doctor (which should have been obvious a PA would not be qualified) they assigned me to a PA with the bedside manner of a brick who started spouting everything she wanted to do following strict protocol never having read the history and damage "protocol" medicine has already done to me. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone with a seriosly bad history or anything greater than a cold.
