The setup is easy to navigate and the concept is unique. Blending pastries, coffee, cakes, cooking products, wine, breakfast, lunch and dinner into one space is magnificent. I loved my intimate dine in session ordering the avocado toast on sourdough bread with an over hard egg and an orange hot tea. It was the perfect blend and was the best avocado toast I ever had. My belly was far too full after brunch so I went to the bakery side after and bought a chocolate raspberry muffin (also the best muffin I've ever had), chocolate chip cookies (darn near ate them all in one setting) and poppyseed thumbprint cookies with a raspberry filling (jaw dropping). They don't take into consideration for the people that don't have plenty of space, or can't use mobile data, or someone that doesn't have a phone or understand how to use it. I had to tell them that the freezer case on aisle 19 was flooding the aisle, and it was apparent that it had been that way for a while, the wax on the floor was yellowing... The only cashier with an open lane, was scanning groceries for someone at self checkout and sent me to Customer Service to check out. I asked if I could get cash back and the customer service counter attendant didn't know if they allowed cash back. Overall not impressed
