Overpriced but that's everywhere now I guess. Good food though. Best to call ahead the service is quick and efficient.

First time here. This place is small. I think there is 1 table inside. Due to COVID-19 they don't allow anyone inside. You need to call your order in and pick up food through a small opening in clean makeshift barrier. I had fried dumplings and spicy shredded beef dinner. The dumplings where very very good. The spicy shredded beef was good but the portions where small. I definitely will be back to try other dishes. read more

They must have new people! Ordered fried wontons and got steamed wontons that were pan-fried. Couldn't tell between the beef and broccoli and the chicken and broccoli because there was barely any meat. The chicken tasted off. It was definitely bad and is hitting the trash. I'm originally from lower Manhattan and have been eating in Chinatown since I was an infant, sometimes 2 or 3 times a week. This is not Chinatown food but most of it is fairly good. They're fast efficient, and well priced. In the past 5 years I've had to have ordered at least 150 meals. Only once did they make a mistake with my dumplings. I've noticed that many of the complaints about price are totally nonsense. You get what you pay for and many of these sound fake, like they want to put them out of business. Ordered 4 orders of wings from sing loong along with some noodles and fried rice. Was charged $40, which I thought was a little steep, but the price is the price. I get home and unwrap my food and find 3 orders of wings so I call and ask if they forgot to pack an order in my bag. They tell me to double check and immediately hang up the phone. After I call back they agree to give me another order of wings, I show up five minutes later and the woman behind the counter tells me it will be ten minutes (for one order of wings?). While I'm waiting another customer comes in and complains that they got his order wrong, and the woman behind the counter pulls out a menu and shows him what she thinks he ordered. He corrects her and waits ten minutes for them to make his food, We both get our orders at the same time and leave. I can't imagine this is an isolated incident. On top of the terrible service, the food is average to bad. Would not recommend under any circumstance. read more

Really surprised at the quality of the food here! Steamed dumplings were a little doughy but I cut half the wrapper off. Great filling and tasty dumpling sauce. Ribs were excellent. The chicken with garlic sauce rivaled a lot of NYC restaurants with a flavorful, somewhat spicy sauce. Even had some flecks of red pepper in there. After driving 2.5 hr down from Albany to shop Woodbury (secondary) and to attend a tedious-one-hour-long traffic court (primary), I wanted to end the day at a local restaurant en-route home. After doing extensive yelp research and seeing the reviews, Sing Loong is indeed a local gem. Having grown up eating Chinese Food all my life, I dare say the food quality is superb & authentic (Chinese characters printed on receipt), variety is plenty, and service is outstanding (cashier bid all a great night and 10 min serve time reasonable in spite of continuous dine-in and take-out order preparation). I chose diced chicken with cashew nuts, a dinner combination served with choice of rice & veggie egg roll & fortune cookies. It's not just the white or fried rice; I chose the healthier rare alternative of brown rice! Dining in there was also my favorite beverage hot water ready in a dispenser. At $9 after tax, the plentiful delicious food left my ravenous stomach satisfied, with some leftover too. To all outsiders , this restaurant is worth the visit. read more

I don't know how they make their fried wontons, but I do know that they are absolutely amazing. Crispy and delicious, I have yet to find a place that comes close in comparison. The fact that I live in NYC and Sing Loong is located in small town America makes it even more of a phenomena. No trip to Orange County is complete until I make a stop here. Everything else they make is absolutely fantastic as well; in addition to the wontons, my favorites are the egg drop soup and the pork lo mein. Family run and operated, Sing Loong has had the same friendly faces for as long as I can remember. It's a small spot and the aesthetics inside and outside haven't changed much over the years, which is fine by me... it adds to the authenticity. They used to be cash only but a few years ago started accepting card, which is convenient. I highly recommend dropping by if you're ever in the area. read more

I'm giving this place 5 stars because they are consistently good TAKE OUT CHINESE FOOD. Don't order from here if you are expecting gourmet cuisine. Your lips will be very greasy afterwards. I recommend ordering: Fried pork dumplings House special lo mein (I like the crunchy (soggy) noodles) Has every veggie and meat in it. Including shrimp. Great Chinese for a such a small town, YAY! The other night, they didn't have their credit card machine up and running and we had to go over to Mr. Wonton in West Milford. I was excited to read the good reviews so I drove to this place to get some decent Chinese. It wasn't b ad, but it doesn't beat KiKi's in Goshen. So I won't be driving that distance again. We had eggrolls, wonton-eggdrop soup, spareribs, and szecuhan (sp) shrimp and lo-mein. It was good, just didn't surpass our Kiki's. So we are saving the gas. read more
