The air conditioning is nice and cool. The fishing at their pond is nice and relaxing, with a bite almost every time you drop your line in the water. They have a game room and swimming pool. In a few years when the trees are grown, this is really going to be a nice shaded park. The surrounding area is gorgeous, with rolling hills and beautiful trees. Very clean, quiet except for some Hwy 82 road noise which wasn't bad, fairly roomy sites, and very considerate and helpful manager / owner, not sure what he was. Mostly back in sites, but they are easy and roomy back ins, a few pull throughs. This is still a work in process, but we will definitely stay here again. We stayed here May 2018 in a 31 ft 5th wheel. Just one night, on our way to the Hill Country in Texas.

There isn't any water in the fitness center so you have to leave to go to the office to get some or the bathrooms. Traffic in the area is a mess so plan on sitting on the 2 lanes roads for a minute. Internet connection is always struggling. The showers are beautiful but while the looks were focused on, the plumbing was not. The water gets luke warm at best.
