We quickly realized this was more than my husband and I could handle on our own. From the beginning, Craig was honest with us about what to expect and told us we would probably be working together for about a year. He was right. Our claim closed just over the one year mark. What I appreciated most was that Craig truly stood up for us. When the insurance company would not commit to temporary housing, he pushed to get us into a nice hotel and made sure our food expenses and overnight parking for two cars were covered until a comparable home could be found. He also arranged for our packing and storage and took away so much of the frustrating back and forth with the insurance adjusters. Craig is calm, honest, personable and persistent when he needs to be. Most importantly, he genuinely cares about his clients. They require a copy of a child's Social Security card (not just number) or birth certificate and only offer regular email or mail for submission. I asked for a secure portal or something similar -- they don't have one. I also offered to provide the documents in person, but was told they work virtually and don't have an office. When I explained that I wasn't comfortable emailing my child's Social Security information, I was simply told they wouldn't be able to register him. In 2026, I think parents should reasonably expect a secure way to submit highly sensitive information, especially when it involves children. I'm leaving this review so other parents know about this requirement before spending time on the registration process.

Each individual has their unique style on the phone but Shows: Greys Anatomy, Private Practice, Medium, and Hard times of RJ Berger... (They occasionally have other projects but this is the most consistent. I feel that as an individual of color (Someone who isn't white) especially in Hollyweird can be very very discouraging at times. If you notice on set... The cast and crew is very pre-dominating white. However, you can't let that stop you from achieving your dreams. I feel that through all the casting agents and and calling services Jeff Olan is definitely the most friendly and in terms of caterin to individuals who aren't white such as myself and others. Also, not to knock other places such as Sandi Alessi and Central which are good. But the success rate is just so much harder to get booked and like everything they do pick a lot of favorites. So you gotta try your luck. ***I've gotten 2 sag vouchers from them and even Jeff Olan often times leaves things on the line and shows up on set to see how his extras are doing. In addition, he often leaves some heart-felt messages about life which can be cheesy but I do appreciate the sentiment....
