Unfortunately I wouldn't not recommend this clinic to anyone. I was just in to get our dogs shots and the customer service was horrible. I waited for over 30 after my appointment time in a room and no one ever came in to let me know what was going on or how much longer it would be. When I went out to let them know I had another appointment to get to they seemed like they didn't care. I had to have the tecs do his shots. Funny thing though our dog never even seen the vet and the price was the same and the prices were not even what they have listed on the website.. They are higher..When I asked to speak with someone a lady came out and all she would say is they were very buzy..Isn't that the reason you make an appointment? They were so sweet with my new kitten! She must have had a bad tummy and they helped my figure out the best food for her, nothing expensive and she likes it. The vet even called me personally a few days later saying she was thinking about Esme and wanted to check in on her...how many vets take the time out of thier busy day to call and check how your pet is doing after an appoitment?! We've taken our pets here for years. Dr. Beth was wonderful when our beloved Peaches (cat) was sick. She helped us through the end of life process and let us stay as long as we needed. They've been great with my shih tzu when she needed surgery. read more

Since Dr. McIntyre was run out of his clinic it has truly gone downhill. Horrible experience with a simple cat spay. My poor baby was in a cone for 8 weeks because of a botched surgery. I took her back 3 times and they attempted to fix their mess! It traumatized her so bad that she is still skittish to this day. Dr. Mike was always willing to help and I really trusted his judgement. I don't believe the lies that these people have said about Dr. Mike. Never trust them is my advise! read more

We followed our groomer here when they first opened. The grooming and the vets are fantastic but their front desk people cannot setup an appointment to save their souls! We drive 30 miles each way and 3 times now they did not have the appointment setup and we had reschedule. A huge waste of time and gas! read more

Just picked our Scottish Terrier up from a grooming. Granted, she is difficult and requires sedated grooming. Apparently Amanda the groomer was running out of time to clip out mats and tangles, so took it upon herself to undertake work that absolutely required a phone call to the owners before doing. But no call. It looks like she put on a 7 blade and removed her beard, her eyebrows, her kilt and 'leggins', basically shaved her down smooth, and left a large clump of hair on the last half of the tail... which should look like an inverted carrot. So she now looks like a bull terrier, is so self-conscious she's just skittering around the house. I'd like to think there was some good reason for butchering the dog like this. Again, this absolutely required a phone call before proceeding. That fact that we weren't called is unforgivable. This is the second time there...the first time we were completely pleased. Perhaps it was a different groomer. I hope you have better luck than we did. I would have given them 4 stars for the first grooming. read more

If you have any issues, there is no one to talk to about it. They Refuse to even call you back to talk to you about it. There is major concerns- they just take your money, and don't seem to care about the service you got. 10 years mean nothing! read more

I am surprised at the poor reviews that this clinic has gotten. I have taken my pups (Rottweiler, Golden & Bernese Mt dog) and 2 Maine Coon cats to Dr. Jessica Devine and am very pleased with the attention and treatment of my pets. read more

We had 3 fur babies two of them were misdiagnosed!! Unfortunately didn't realize it until we had to take one of our fur babies to Emergency Vet which was on a weekend and found out later he had had an unnecessary botched surgery which Dr. Mike McIntyre said was cancer prior to surgery and it wasn't!! Both fur babies were diagnosed with Cushing's Disease with which one didn't have and the other passed away before we could have a second diagnosis. Our third fur baby was diagnosed with Thyroid disease which he didn't have, (all by the same veterinarian). We lost the first two and Thank God we still have our youngest, as we changed Veterinarian's!! We will never go back to Sioux Nation Pet Clinic and will definitely never recommend Sioux Nation Pet Clinic to anyone!!! Would select 0 star rating but won't let you post unless you put at least one in. Please if you do take your fur babies here all I ask is if you feel something isn't right go get a second opinion!! Wishing we would have listened to our instincts instead of believing in the vet. read more

Family pet had her first visit today. I was early for the appointment, but they got me in right away. Dr. Stangohr took the time and looked over all my dogs paperwork. She made sure I understood everything. The meds our dog received were cheaper or just as cheap as I could get online. Staff was great they truly do care. read more

Dr. Jessica Devine miss diagnosed my dog's blood test, that they did and performed un needed surgery on my dog, that caused pain and suffering. After days of vomiting, they couldn't figure out what was wrong and recommended another Vet. That Vet, after mere seconds of scanning the same blood test, informed me that it was kidney failure and there was nothing to do. Had Dr. Devine been competent, she would have came to the same conclusion and called me to pick up my dog and not do the surgery, no need, no help. On top of that, they refuse to give me my money back! Save your pet....go else where! read more
