Our church has Sip and Dip donuts delivered every Sunday and they are always delicious. They hold up for hours, never getting that staleness that can ruin a donut's texture - and they always have cute designs and creative flavors. My personal favorite is the oreo donut (glazed, topped with vanilla icing and crumbled oreos). Their croissant donut is definitely the best in Central Florida, though. Give it a try. read more

One has to look at this review in two different ways. One, from the global perspective and also from the local perspective. Driving around Saint Cloud, it looked like a town that was literally dying. Funeral homes were a frequent site. Handicapped bars in the bathroom for the elderly. If you looked around those frequenting the Sip and Dip, there were a few young but a lot of older clientele. And Sip and Dip was very much hopping for what we saw of the rest of the town. So as far as Saint Cloud goes, this may very well be a solid 5 stars maybe even plus. But for out of towners who have visited a lot of donut shops all over the US, ey, it was average. The other thing is it is 5 miles off the toll road. If you are looking for a meandering sightseeing venture, that isn't bad. We do love adventures off the beaten track and appreciate big cities as well as country towns. However, we drove around the old downtown and even stopped to take pictures, and there simply wasn't much to see. People seemed amused and a little distracted that these apparent out of towners were finding their downtown interesting enough to merit pictures. I almost expected a cop driving by to stop and ask WHY we were taking pictures. (There was a couple of nice murals around the downtown to its credit). But again, what I mostly felt was death in this town. Maybe we missed some stellar aspect of the town, but we probably wouldn't go out of our way to go to Sip and Dip or Saint Cloud again. As far as the donuts they had perhaps an above average selection but not a stunning selection. There was this strange mix of Asian meets small town America with bubble tea and Asian trinkets and lol good ole American donuts. Having just had Jupiter Donuts on the beginning of the trip on the way up, I found the Sip and Dip Donuts inferior in taste. While the Jupiter Donuts seemed the right balance of sweetness, the Sip and Dip Donuts were too sugary for my tastes. They also didn't have much complexity of taste that I was used to having, admittedly grown accustomed to high end donuts. read more

The chocolate icing at Sip & Dip is to die for, and the donuts are tender and reasonably priced. Of course, like most donut "mom and pop shops," they only fry donuts once a day at the crack of dawn until that variety is all gone, and then they might or might not make fresh ones of that type for latecomers. Stopping by for donuts in the afternoon or evening may land you some semi-stale, "weepy-icing" donuts. Watch who waits on you and make sure that they understand what you are saying since the owners don't speak great English. read more

I used to love this place, there was a very nice lady working there before, though every time I go there , the bathrooms are closed, they don't like the customers to use it. This time I didn't see this employee anymore and the 2 new employees are very rude as is the so called owner. I went to the bathroom and one young lady just finished to clean it, so I asked her to allow me to use it and she told me NO until the floor get dry, so I asked her how long she wanted me to wait in the hallway she said she was going to keep it closed all day long, so when I told her why, she just called the owner, so only for this reason he started yelling at me to leave , and he was threatening at me to call the cops. Another employee came as well , she started harassing at me telling me the same thing. What a really bad customer service they have, bullying customers this way instead of being courteous for having a successful business. read more

The old saying goes, you get what you pay for. The prices are affordable, and I understand that this is a big appeal of the place. However, I would rather spend more money for quality food. First off, the sandwiches, fresh yes however something I could make for myself at home. Secondly, bubble tea not great and definitely not somewhere to go out of the way for. Ms. Lady even got the order wrong, we asked for no whipped cream on one of drinks but it was there anyway. Plus, our drinks took forever to make, let's say about 25 minutes and there were only a few people inside. Bathrooms were closed today, because it was "closed for cleaning," and they had nobody to clean it. I waited for 45 minutes and it never opened. It's terrible, I really had to go but I ended up just holding it so we could enjoy our food. Lastly, the donuts are just way tooooo sweet, and my red velvet donut tasted nothing like red velvet. I think the only reason this place is around is because this is the only place of its kind in this area. I do not live in the area, and I will not go out of way to go back. This place made me want to go to Krispy Kreme or Dunkin Donuts. Thumbs down for Sip N Dip, way down. read more

A former co-worker had brought Sip & Dip to work a few years ago, so when I found myself near, with a few bucks and calories to spend, I got donuts for the family. The prices are great, but the donuts were only okay, not nearly as good as I remember. The chocolate cream, in particular, was fantastic a few years ago but had a very strange off-flavor, almost like plastic. None of us were happy with our donuts and we probably won't be back. I have never had an issue with them before. Hands down the best donuts ever. But today my child and a friend went in to get a dozen donuts. They were out of the ones we love, but whenever that happens they go and dip them and there is no problem if you ask. She was trying to surprise me for mother's day, but the gentleman helping her turned her away and said no we can't do that. She came home and told me what happened, and I called them because this isn't like them to do. The lady who answered the phone kept saying what you want, and I tried explaining to her, and then she hung up on me. I called back, because tis is not like them, they laid the phone down on the counter, never asking me to hold, and a gentleman finally picked up the phone. I tried to explain that I have never received this type of service there, they weren't busy, and it was just more confusion, and I don't think he believed me wen I said I was hung up on. My daughter had planned this as part of her mother's day gift and saved her own money. I know this is silly, but maybe if you took a little more time with younger people, the kindness goes along way. We love sip-n-dip, but if this is how your customer service is going to be, you may want to de-escalate your employees, or maybe a little brush up on customer service. So now my daughter is upset because she saved this money and that was part of her gift to me. read more
