I give this place 5 stars for their work with the post office and how much they seem to care about the veterans. The drop in star is because I don't understand their idea of "sipping" and sending. I get the "send" part. I don't get why I'd want to drink wine or buy it before sending my packages. That being said, this place saves me a drive across town and is super close to my home. I also appreciate how helpful and welcoming the ladies can be even when busy. I tend to come here for quick amazon drop offs and have now started buying my stamps here as well. The set up the place isn't terrible but it's a bit tight although I don't think it should be. The walk up to the register is basically an aisle full of stuff you could buy, a lot of it wine and trinkets. Since I'm not there to drink or buy wine (normally because it's early in the morning), the stuff is sort of in my way. =/ Oh I'm definitely coming back but for my post office needs. read more

I went here a few times because it's close to my house. Everytime I've been in the there the staff who are older ladies are just nasty and grumpy . Not an ounce of respect or politeness. They also tried to charge $1.00 for a PIECE of tape. They try to charge extra for every little thing. Main post office is the best place to go. Will never return here. read more

I live in the area, so this is the closest place I have to buy stamps and mail my letters, cards, and packages. The ladies behind the counter are very helpful, and I always take a few minutes to browse the aisles because there is always something new to see. It's dangerous for me, as I usually leave with a lighter wallet. Great place for gifts. read more

Sip and Send is my "go to" for anytime I need to mail ANYTHING...all of the folks there including and especially the owner are super helpful, super friendly and very knowledgeable! I only leave reviews when places are great because I'm not a jerk. This place is great, imagine a post office where the clerks are nice and they actually try and move the line along. I'll never go back to the regular post office again. They also sell booze. Can't go wrong. read more

the blonde owner , all she does is nickel & dime customers , this is the only business in cape coral that she charges .50 cents on your credit or debit card if you don't spend over $10 dollars ! she cliams bank chargers her a .50 cent fee , which is bullshit , irs will be notified ! how does she should this on her filing taxes as a business owner ? boycott this little business, she is robbing you , don't think i am cheap , but add up all thise .50 cents a day ? have a nice day read more

I've been going there for a few years, such a cute place to look around and pick up things. They are convenient to ship so you're not spending time at the PO. I popped in to mail a small package and as always, made my way to the "prep area". I guess I used the priority tape when I wasn't supposed to (how'd I to know?) and got my hands slapped (not literally of course). The woman behind the counter snapped at me, saying I needed to remove that tape and put regular tape on my box. Okay... I told her no problem at all and asked her for a few pieces. She again snapped, telling me to either buy a roll or she'd have to charge me for what I used. Really lady? It's a small box and 3 pieces would've been plenty. I left, and went to UPS where they were more than accommodating. Beware consumers- have that box ready to go as this place is not helpful anymore. They've lost a good customer. read more

I've visiting this place about a dozen times. So I'm not writing a review from one bad experience. I really don't like going here at all... but I have to when I'm running short on time and need to send something out. There's a blonde woman... I believe the owner/manager. She has little to no customer service skills. Her demeanor is always as if the presence of a customer annoys her. She's consistently cold, dry and unapproachable. If I'm in line and there are a few employees there... I *always* hope one of the others will wait on me instead of her. There are other women that work there that are kind and pleasant... but not this one woman. The store has a bunch of cute cards and novelty gifts... but I can't bring myself to browse in such an unwelcoming atmosphere. My packages always get to their destination, but my going there leaves very little to be desired. Need a shipping service? This is your place. Want to feel like you bothered someone for simply existing? This is also your place. read more

BE WARNED: The women/owners who work here have been purposely weighting the postal scale for prepaid drop offs for many years as they scan them in, long before USPS Automatic Postage Verification (APV) became a thing. My experience is they ALWAYS scan multiple packages at a time and stack them on the scale until it is full. Only then do they move packages aside before doing it again until all the packages have been scanned. Now with random USPS APV enforcement taking place i've been charged a substantial amount in additional postage for about 20 packages (feb. 2022). They were all overweight due to their negligence in weighting the scale. Many of these overages were significant, being more than the original postage paid thus doubling the cost or more. Upon reviewing the Sip and Send receipt tracking numbers I can exactly add up the overages in weight, perfectly, in the exact order they scanned the packages in! Yet they remain profoundly ignorant about the issue they are causing for prepaid drop off customers and refuse to believe there is any problem. It's unreal how clueless they are. They are so very wrong, lol. They think the weight isn't even recorded or transmitted to USPS at scan in! lol, It is. It is. Avoid this place for multiple prepaid drop offs. APV enforcement is random and you will eventually get burned by these now willfully ignorant women who still refuse to accept reality even when confronted with it. It's comically sad. Sip and Send is, sadly, dead to me over this and i won't be back again. A shame as i've mailed packages there for many, many years. But sadly it's no longer safe to do so due to USPS Automatic Package Verification. Look it up ladies, good grief... these women are a menace. You got reamed out by for reasons, darn good reasons. Your utter disregard and denial that this is even possible when confronted about the situation is rubbish! Jonette? She know knows exactly what i think of her for that! Rudely so. Love this place! Friendly, helpful staff and so talented. The designer created the most amazing gift basket. It was a work of art!

This is a hidden gem. Not only a great gift shop but a fabulous collection of wines & knowledgable, friendly people work there. Now, if that not enough to make you want to visit. They serve breakfast & lunch. Just a couple of tables but so worth the stop. Breakfast, assortment of coffees, teas & smoothies. All gourmet & delicious. Lunch menu includes wonderful sandwiches & quiches. Usually more than 1 to choose from. And to top it off homemade desserts. Today I had broccoli & mushroom quiche with fresh fruit. It was delicious. Rude unwelcoming owner! I have bought postage and supplies here several times but most often drop off prepaid packages for my ebay business a few times per week. I make it a point to go to my local post office now because of the poor service I receive here. The last time I was there was the final straw. The owner closed her register when she saw I was next in line. I finally asked the clerk if there was an issue with dropping prepaid packages when mine were met with chagrin. She informed me that yes there is an issue since they make no money on prepaid packages and literally only toss them in the appropriate mail bins for pick up. A process that takes them a few moments and is part of their function as a US Postal Service satellite location. I totally understand that we all need to make a living. As an ebay seller I receive discounts on buying postage online and is a requirement for my ebay seller fees discount. I know that in my business being obviously rude and unwelcoming to a customer or even a potential customer is not the best way to go. The store clerks have always been very kind and polite, I wish I could say the same for the owner. I won't trust this place with my packages again which is unfortunate because they are around the corner from my home. read more

I have been coming to this place for years. When I moved over to the other side of the Cape I continued to come here to mail my packages. These ladies are so helpful, cordial and when I need their assistance with packing they are more than eager to assist. I would much rather come here than go anywhere else, that includes the regular post office as well. I highly recommend anyone to come here not only to mail their packages but to view the many beautiful things they have for sale. And they sell lotto too! read more
