Seemed strange but I said ok if you have to... I asked for it to be insured for $1400. After opening my package and removing everything from the box, all of a sudden she told me she can only insure the package up to $999.99.... ...she handed my now open box back to me so I could take it to fedex directly as she thought they could insure for the requested amount. I asked her to retape the box she felt necessary to open. She replied well they're going to have to open it back up ... terrible service, I took package back home to rebox , upon searching fedex website they only open suspicious packages not any package you wish to insure.
