    WOW. Hire them, hire them N-O-W!!!! I interviewed 19 planners, yes 19!!! Then 12 made it to our home (we wanted our wedding at our home). And Sip and Twirl shinned above the rest. I...have...no...words (and if you met me you know that never happens). All I can say is these women are beyond amazing. They EXCEEDED all my expectations... all of them. These professionals have our deepest respect and appreciation for making our special night magical. Thank you Laurie, Kate, Stefanie and your whole team!!! Yes, they are a "team" in every sense of the word. I felt like they could handle anything and everything. They made our vision come to life. It was even better then we had imagined. Well done Sip and Twirl, well done!

    I have been waiting over a year to write this review, and now that our wedding has come and gone, I finally have a start-to-finish review of the amazing ladies at S+T! First, let me start by saying that every single person who worked with us was awesome. My husband (eekk!) and I tend to make decisions based off the "joojoo" a person gives, and when we met with Laurie the very first time, we both left saying she had some dang good joojoo. We had other planner meetings lined up, but promptly canceled them right after that meeting to work with S+T. Now here's where the magic comes in. We had the awesome pleasure of working mainly with Kate throughout our 14 month planning process, and I've never met anyone as kind, patient, hard-working, and all-around amazing in my life. She listened to our crazy (mostly my crazy) ideas and turned them into a dream come true wedding day for us. On top of that, we stayed pretty darn close to our original budget, which is hard enough to do with weddings, but not only that - we hardly had to compromise on any of our wishlist! The actual day of the wedding was the most amazing part - Kate worked her butt off (starting at 8am and ending at around 2am) to make sure our private estate wedding was perfection. There were probably a ton of crazy things happening behind the scenes, but we never even knew. She let us have a completely stress-free day. If there's any advice I would give to a bride, it's this: GET A WEDDING PLANNER! It is soooooo worth the money. It allows you actually enjoy your engagement and the entire process, which is what a wedding should be all about. Oh yeah, and if you're going to get a wedding planner (which you already know is a must-have) go to Sip and Twirl. We can't thank them enough for the most perfect wedding day.

    Sip and Twirl was the best decision we made in planning our wedding! I simply do not know where to start... I worked with S&T for about a year (I chose the 30 days-out package and the Design Consultation add-on) and the quality and attention that I received throughout that entire year was standalone. Retrospectively, I could never have put a price on the level of service we received. Laurie, Kate and Emily served as my constant therapist and friend (depending on what day it was and how stressed out I was :) and for that I am forever grateful. Truthfully, my groom should be the one writing this as S&T helped me more that we could've ever imagined and were so nice to have just a phone call (or vox!) away! They helped me pick out vendors, put together my welcome bags which ended up so cute!, and stored all of my decor items for months on end while planning so many more weddings! Without Kate & Emily, we would've been lost, stressed and tired! Instead the entire process was so pleasant and our wedding day was truly the best day of our lives. Having an out-of-town family and an in-town wedding can get messy at times but they helped me plan every minute detail and i mean EVERY DETAIL with flying colors and managed budget expectations with my family back in Ohio. I couldn't have had a better experience planning our wedding thanks to the love and support from S&T. They made the wedding day and I really should say wedding year a breeze.     Where do I begin?! Hiring Sip and Twirl was one of the best decisions we made when it comes to our wedding. Kate is truly AMAZING at her job. We worked together for about a year leading up to our wedding day. She helped me with literally EVERY detail and made my entire vision come to life! Most importantly, she kept me calm and reassured me every step of the way, even during a pandemic. She was extremely patient and kind through it all. On wedding day, everything was PERFECT! Every detail was handled by Kate and Laurie. They worked so well with the venue and all my vendors. It was seriously all a dream come true! I couldn't have asked for better wedding planners and I would recommend them to ANYONE!

    Kate was amazing! So very helpful in all ways! She always responded to our calls, emails or texts promptly! We loved working with her!

    We loved every minute working with Kate! She made the stressful wedding planning easy and fun! She is a delight to work with! Kate also helped us tremendously with some last minute decisions on the chairs and chargers to be used at the tables. Our daughter had chosen a dark brown Napa Farm Table for the wedding party and their guests. There were to be round tables with off white tablecloths for the remaining guests. We needed the chairs to coordinate with both types of tables and for the different whites of the tablecloths and chargers to look good on both types of tables. Kate went as far as going to Event Rents, setting table settings up for us with different styles and colors of chairs chairs for our viewing; and set the table with the chargers she recommended, silverware, wine glasses! She took pictures and videos for us and sent them to me here in Scottsdale and my daughter in Philadelphia. She was "right on" with everything she recommended, but she went the extra mile to make us comfortable with the decisions. You will not regret hiring Kate from Sip and Twirl. She is the upmost professional that knows her business, is organized, works well with other vendors and venue staff. PLUS Kate is delightful to work with and definitely helps take the stress off an already stressful time of wedding planning!

She helped us through each step and recommended fantastic vendors and resources for us. It was stressful planning the wedding but we actually enjoyed the process with the fun and responsive Dana. On our wedding day, Dana did an amazing job at timing and coordinating vendors to line up all the little details. Our guests were quite impressed with how well organized and beautiful our wedding was. When a mishap happened, Dana dealt with it like a true professional and took proper steps to ensure we had the most wonderful experience with her service. We will always remember it as the perfect day and we are very thankful to have her as our wedding planner.

I feel so confident about the way our wedding plans are coming together thanks to Charlee. She's made my life and my mom's life so easy because we are working with her. Charlee is the woman behind Signature Events. She's been in the business for over 18 years and you can tell - she knows what she is doing! Charlee is on top of every single detail - she's creative, fun, and a pleasure to work with. Charlee has helped us with everything from finding a venue, entertainment, transportation, photographer, florist, cake, food selection, invitations, and so much more. Without Charlee's help, I'd be a stress case ready to explode. I cannot thank Charlee enough for all she's helped with so far... of course, I will update this after the big day, but I'm confident that it will be more special than I could ever imagine thanks to the expertise of Signature Events.

We approached Alexa at the beginning of the year for our late March 2015 wedding. We needed a day of coordinator but what we got was so much more. My fiance (now husband) and I thought we had everything taken care of with the exception of the final details. We had already booked the DJ, hair & makeup, the venue, had our invitations sent out.... what more was there to do??? How little we knew.... Alexa's organization and expertise blew us away. We filled out a number of online surveys so that she could make sure that she had every last detail taken care of. Everything from the rehearsal dinner, to the order that our family members would walk down the aisle, to who we wanted photos with (and who we didn't), toast speeches, what songs we wanted played and when, EVERYTHING was addressed and on the day of our wedding, she made sure that neither one of us had to worry about a thing. She attended so many of our meetings with our venue (even though we had a coordinator at the venue) and had an answer for us every time a minor dilemma or problem surfaced. Alexa also provided a number of helpful suggestions for seating charts, cards, first dance moment, re-use of floral arrangements to save money and so much more. I could tell you about how intuitive she is or how quick she was to respond (which is probably my biggest pet peeve when working with people). Or how on my wedding day, she was invaluable and handled everything with class, ease and a level of professionalism that is rarely seen. I will only ever recommend Alexa of Simply Modern Events to friends, family, colleagues.. anyone I come across who needs a wedding planner! ALEXA, WE LOVE YOU!!!!

In the last 30 days before the wedding, Alexa stepped up to help with the final coordinating, which greatly reduced the stress on my fiancée (now wife) and I. As a result, we were able to have our dream wedding without it putting us through the wringer. Even for minor details- like when I realized that my dress had gotten wrinkled en route to our venue- Alexa had a solution. I don't know what we would've done without her! While (hopefully) I won't be needing her wedding planning services again, I definitely consider a good friend, and terrific person. I had a vision for what I wanted the florals to look like for my wedding. Before meeting with Julie, I met with at least 5 florists. I very clear in expressing my ideas. All of the florists took over two weeks send me the proposal. They quoted me by the flower--each flower costing a certain amount which always ended up being wayyyy over my budget. When they finally sent me the proposal it was nothing like I pictured. When I would ask them to revise it, they would either tell me what I was asking for couldn't be done or they wouldn't even respond to me. ALL of that changed when I met Julie. I contacted her and she responded almost immediately. She asked me to send her pictures of ideas I had. By the time of our first meeting she already understood my style and had even more suggestions for me that were beautiful! She had the proposal done the same day and worked within my budget. She doesn't stem count so I got more flowers than in any of the other proposals for much, much cheaper. She even custom made one of my centerpieces. She has such a fantastic eye and is so experienced that she made everything more beautiful then I even thought possible! But Julie is so much more than a florist! Even though she wasn't my wedding planner (I already had one by the time I met Julie) she treated me like I was one of her brides. She constantly checked on me. When I had an issue with anything for my wedding, she went out of her way to find a solution. She was with me every step of the way and she made me feel so special and truly made my wedding planning process stress free. She is the best! I am SO thankful I found Julie.
