Every little detail was perfectly planned, including the ones that would have never even crossed my mind. I love that they have relationships with so many incredible vendors, it made picking a DJ, florist, etc, super easy! What I really loved about Maddy and the Your Jubilee team is that I never felt pushed or rushed in the decision making process. They always gave me plenty of time to make decisions, and even when we were on a crunch never made anything seem like it was un-fixable. The day of the wedding was such a breeze. I had about 3 girls from the YJ team there (maybe even more?!) including Maddy. At one point Maddy was steaming my dress herself. The timing of everything was seamless. We even had our pup there and one of the YJ gals was walking him around during the reception! On our wedding day, Dana did an amazing job at timing and coordinating vendors to line up all the little details. Our guests were quite impressed with how well organized and beautiful our wedding was. When a mishap happened, Dana dealt with it like a true professional and took proper steps to ensure we had the most wonderful experience with her service. Multiple beautiful backdrops available for the big day. We chose the grand fountain but soooo many other great options. Even the little things. Everyone warned us how hard it is to eat on your wedding day but as soon as we left the ceremony area to the backstage, there was a waiter for my wife and I along with the bridal party with appetizers and drink orders. Jennifer the day of works as your wedding coordinator and she does a fantastic job! Everything was so well run and on time as well. If you haven't been there, then you definitely need to pay it a visit. However, for a wedding venue, it was a bit odd. Maybe this was the fault of the coordinator? First the good things! The customer service really was great! The staff managing the bar area were super friendly and great to talk to at every visit! The food served was delicious, no complaints at all! The decor and aesthetics were wonderful for the venue and the Arizona area. The area in the main part of the venue, were the ceremony took place was lovely and shaded. There was a fountain and surrounded by lovely trees and structures. As with all venues, hosting a wedding with a cash or cash-less bar, this venue fell into the same issue. The alcohol not in bottles or cans just had to be watered down. There is no possible way our friends and myself had as many vodka mixed drinks, we are talking about over 10 or 11 at least for myself, and never even got a buzz. This seemed to be the consensus. The other issue was just the layout. The covered area / enclosed structure where the dinner took place was large and spacious. It was decorated with plants and man made areas that were lovely and it kept everyone together, socializing, and simply having fun. When that was done we were moved to an area behind the bar/sitting structure for live DJ and dance floor. This was simply counter productive to encouraging that togetherness and partying. instead it had various separate and distinct fire pits with covered areas and seating around each one. This pretty much cause the wedding party to all separate into their own clicks and neither one really interacting unless you were directly related/known to them some how. The dance floor was a raised gazebo area, which was lovely. However, from where some of the fire pits were, you had no view of who was dancing or if anyone was dancing. There are 2 sides & we chose the side with the red brick reception area and it truly was perfect. When we initially toured the venue we worked with Katie and then all of our subsequent planning meetings were with her up until our very last meeting 10 days prior to the venue. She is very knowledgable, but can be impatient and a bit snappy at times, especially if you ask questions or don't quite understand what she means the first time she says it. My husband and I felt this was somewhat off-putting, but rolled with it anyways because what are you gonna do? Our final meeting 10 days before the wedding we worked with the 1st person outside of Katie, and it was Gerardo. Gerardo is INCREDIBLE. He was patient, kind, and really went the extra mile to ensure we not only understood all of the moving parts but also felt comfortable and excited about the most special day of our lives. We asked him if he could be our day of coordinator and he arranged it so we actually worked with him at both our rehearsal and our wedding day. He is the reason this review is 5 stars. On the day of our wedding we had an issue with the arch we had rented and when he came to tell me about it he already had a solution so all I had to do was OK the course correction instead of problem solve a stressful situation on my wedding day. Our banquet captain was also incredible (I can't remember her name but we connected over Fourth Wing the book - she'll know who she is!) and really took care of us after Gerardo left. We also utilized the DJ and bartender provided by the venue. Our DJ was great, but our bartender was super drunk and taking shots in front of my guests when he should have been serving them. Probably something the venue could look into to prevent the next couple/guests from having to deal with that. All in all, the day was more beautiful and fun than I could have ever imagined, and I am really thankful we were able to work with Gerardo and our amazing banquet captain because they really went above and beyond!

They brought out Home Depot buckets on tables where guest were standing during cocktail hour. No towels/ no fans/ 1 mop/ 1 broom. Water and mud all over the floors, with no way to clean it up. The tent/ reception. The staff were not helpful at all. The bride, my cousin and her husband had their sweetheart table flooded. My poor cousin's feet were soaked when she tried to sit down at her table to eat dinner. My Uncle, bride's father, kept asking staff to help mop up the floor so guest would not slip. He was pissed since he had to keep trying to find somebody who could actually help. They did not even bring out towels and said they had no more mops to help clean up the puddles. I don't know if they're used to hiring young kids who aren't trained outside of serving food, set up and teardown... Just make sure you have a wedding coordinator to help make everything go smoothly. Staff did not help with anything. Staff shrugged and said let me ask. No towels, fans, blow dryers, then ceiling had multiple leaks, one old bathroom, where all the guests were in the same room as the couple taking their pictures during cocktail hour. When it was all over, she cried, and understandably upset with how everything was handled. I don't want anyone else to ever feel that way.

All of the florists took over two weeks send me the proposal. They quoted me by the flower--each flower costing a certain amount which always ended up being wayyyy over my budget. When they finally sent me the proposal it was nothing like I pictured. When I would ask them to revise it, they would either tell me what I was asking for couldn't be done or they wouldn't even respond to me. ALL of that changed when I met Julie. I contacted her and she responded almost immediately. She asked me to send her pictures of ideas I had. By the time of our first meeting she already understood my style and had even more suggestions for me that were beautiful! She had the proposal done the same day and worked within my budget. She doesn't stem count so I got more flowers than in any of the other proposals for much, much cheaper. She even custom made one of my centerpieces. She has such a fantastic eye and is so experienced that she made everything more beautiful then I even thought possible! But Julie is so much more than a florist! Even though she wasn't my wedding planner (I already had one by the time I met Julie) she treated me like I was one of her brides. She constantly checked on me. When I had an issue with anything for my wedding, she went out of her way to find a solution. She used Wedgewood's services to create wedding gifts for the bridesmaids. She ordered bags with all of our names on them and when she received them, multiple bags had the names misspelled. She reached out to the company and they said if she wanted them fixed she would have to pay $15 per bag to fix them, ever thought it was a mistake on Wedgewoods part. She has continued to reach out with no resolution and no further responses from Wedgwood. Clayton House has not returned her emails either. This is supposed to be a beautiful day for the bride and groom and they can't even get bags for the wedding party corrected.
