Throughout the class, you get to sample different items. Save room for the huge spread served at lunch. The leftovers are evenly boxed up for everyone to take home. Included in the class is lifetime technical support if you have any questions. You also keep your apron, class book, graduation certificate, leftovers, and a bag of rub for your homework assignment. Lea was incredibly kind, gracious, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. At one point, we even had to cancel because we were dealing with internet issues at the venue, and she was so understanding. Once we confirmed the event was back on, I reached back out and she made everything seamless. The food was AMAZING. Literally everyone came up to me during the event to say how good it was.
