All associated teammates involved in the project, including the electrician, the plumber, and a few others, were very professional efficient, and they cleaned up after themselves. The job is fantastic down to the last detail. I've got five kids who were running at his feet the entire time he was working and he handled it gracefully and safely along the way. Carpet was expected to be received in a week and was told it wasn't in the system so he'd call the warehouse and would get back to me the next day, I had to call them. It took from July 9 to July 30 for stair carpeting. The only thing good was the installation.

I cleared our schedule Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday and cancelled kids' activities so we could be when he got here. But he never came any of the days he scheduled to come. There was also a lot of manipulation via text to get us to agree to rescheduling again and again and veiled threats by him implying that if we had someone else do it he would communicate with the warranty company to make sure it wasn't covered. It got to the point that I was actually scared for him to come out to my house at all. So we got reassigned and our warranty company has been alerted to the issue. He may have done a great job if we could have gotten him out here! Unfortunately, we never got the opportunity to find out.

If there was any area I would say there could be an improvement: some trim and surfaces were not well-masked or covered and dried paint and dust had to be scrubbed and cleaned off of trim, floor, or other surfaces. This was not the end-of-the-world and Segor did some of this clean up, but some was left to us and I would prefer if this could have been more avoided.
