If you are thinking of selling a house with Tammy, she is good for an MLS listing and that's all. If you are buying a place and she is the sellers agent, good luck and be ready for some extreme frustration. My parents just bought a place and she was the sellers agent. She didn't show the house, the owner did. She didn't show up for the inspection, the owner did. She showed up 20 minutes late for the final walk through, and didn't bother to show up for the closing. The deal took 4 months. Our buyers agent couldnt get her on the phone, she didn't answer emails or texts. She could've disappeared and we wouldn't have known better but a friend follows her on social media and there she was posting pics of her partying. Super Bowl in particular, also a day she wouldnt respond to us. The sellers themselves were not the brightest and being they basically sold their own house, they had no guidance and took the maximum time possible to get out of a house that was empty for 3 years. Shame on you Tammy for being as bad of an agent as possible. You will be reported to LIBAR and I hope they take your license and your gravy train stops.
