My friend couldn't quite finish hers and handed me a chicken tender, which was huge! The breading was perhaps a bit too heavy, and the chicken itself was probably cooked a little bit longer than ideal, and was resultantly dry - but it was still tasty. Before I ordered, I asked whether the fries were frozen or not, and she assured me that everything they make is from scratch and that the fries are hand-punched on-site from actual raw potatoes--and wow--the french fries here are really good-- a bit on the soggy or soft side, but I prefer this than for them to be overcooked and get too much moisture cooked out of them which can result in a tough and leathery texture. In any event, I really enjoyed the fries. We arrived a little bit after their 11 AM opening and halfway through our meal there, a line started to form at the walk up window as well as the drive-through, a testing to their food's quality.
