When removing my gel she sanded down my natural nail so far that it is now paper thin. Also painted over my cuticle which is causing my gel nail polish to lift after only 3 days. Very disappointing read more

So when I went to salon recently, I used the the only guy that was working there and this has to be the worst nail set that I've ever gotten ever they're completely uneven hardly any acrylic is put on it. They're gonna break within a week guaranteed they're not even the not the same or shape. he wasn't friendly or when I told him that I didn't like how he was trimming or filing the nails that it was uneven, he didn't fix it. He kept making excuses for it. if you go to this place don't use that guy to do acrylic nails. You will regret it if you do. I couldn't get the guy to fix it. Oh, and by the way it took like two hours Way longer than any acrylic nail that I've ever gotten done now I have to go pay some other place to fix this guy's mistake that or I might just completely cut them off and start all over again. I already tried to to fix it and he wouldn't so I sit there. are you in all day he didn't get a tip though the lady that was there she was nice and she good with the pedicure, but the acrylic on my fingernails. I was a walk in I am a new customer. Finished product was horrible went in for a fill with gel manicure. There are bumps and edges close to cuticle are raised up so catches on everything. The gentleman filed nails after painting and then touched them up and looks horrible. Won't be going back!! Avoid I had seen a similar post but thought I would give them a try it was a mistake. read more

Awful pedicure I wouldn't return again, for some reason she cut my nails using the sharp pointed implement used for cutting skin, today my toe is extremely sore and I can't get a shoe on! Somehow by using the skin snipper my toe has been injured. It was a dear pedicure $30 & she demanded a tip. Whilst $30 is good for a smart salon in stuart it's grossly over priced for this small, unhygienic place. The implements did not come out of a hygienic storage bath but were rinsed under water only, so who knows what infection is going on in my toe. I am very irritated and do not recommend at all. read more

I went in for a manicure and pedicure today as a walk-in and the nail tech was this older lady who seemed very unsteady. I thought about requesting someone else but I didn't want to embarrass her so to my better judgement I gave her a chance. Well she was awful! She cut the skin on my toes and hands, leaving blood and paint all on my skin which hurt because of the cuts.......The polish covered half of my nails, no clear coat was applied, bubbles from the polish were on all nails and she did not bother to clean the excess polish off my skin; my nails looked horrible! I wanted to cry....... This person clearly cannot see well and her hands shake as she was unable to be steady while filling and polishing my nails. I wanted to scream, but I realized she's old and may need the money. I just paid for her service and still left a tip and ran out of there. Later I made an appointment to re-do my nails next week at another nail salon when my cuts heal. However, I will NEVER return to this place "Sister Nail Salon" again!!!!!!! read more

Great pedicure! Zeroed in on the rough spots. Toes look and feel great. Nice people and very clean. Not crowded and no waiting.

Awful. Gel manicure was bumpy and thick - the technician had to keep fixing her mistakes. The gel manicure lasted four days and started peeling off. Never again. read more

I absolutely love this place!!! Every one there is super nice even the gentleman that answers the phone and makes appointments! The 3 ladies there are true professionals and they all make you feel welcome. However, I definitely have to toot a loud horn for Merry! She has a sweet and gentle demeanor but she doesn't play when it comes to pedicures! She gets right in there and gets the work done! At the end she gives you a leg massage that always make me want to take a nap! And don't think she stops there- oh no! Her No Chip manicures are excellent! She takes her time and pays close attention to every detail from your cuticles to your top coat! When you have time you should take a trip to Sister Nails. I guarantee you that you will not be disappointed! read more

I had no idea!!! I was running some errands and decided a pedicure was a must to fit into the day. I have never been here before. The price of $25 for a pedicure was spot on. More cost effective than most places in jupiter/Tequesta and it was in my route of my errands. WOW!! This was an incredible pedicure. Small. Clean. Quiet. Friendly....all words that would describe this place. No attention to detail was skipped. The scraping and scrubbing to assure that my feet were perfect and smooth!!!! I spend a lot of time at the beach and barefoot. My feet definitely get abused regardless of how well I pay attention to pampering them. There is a fair selection of color and brand in nail polish. Most important....CLEAN!!!! Yep, it was worth The foot/leg rub....oye!! So good. The pressure was perfect and the time spent would have made me think that there was nothing else to do!!! My technician also pull d out some fresh magazines and opened them up to headline stories for me to read. repeating. So pleased and thrilled!!! I can't wait to come back and make this place a regular for papering my feet!! read more

Only been once. Went there because it was convenient. My first clue should have been that I was the only patron. Was relaxing with my eyes closed and felt tugging on my foot. I looked up and noticed the tool looked like a small cheese slicer which I have come to find are actually illegal for salons to use. I guess she saw the look of discomfort on my face and discontinued use which obviously included use on my other foot. The next day I notice my heel hurts. Long story I take a close look at my feet and there is a perpendicular cut on my heel which ended up growing to be about a centimeter with me having to limp and wear sneakers. In addition scar tissue adjacent to my big toe and right phalanges. I treated myself medically and thank goodness it didn't get infected because I continued treatment. Took about 6 weeks to heal and YES I called the Health Department! read more

I have been to sister nails many times in the past but my most recent trip there wasn't enjoyable for me. I had a pedicure and a lady named Mary was my technician. She was extremely rough and dug her tools into my feet. She cut my nails very short and they were jagged and very uneven. I was unsatisfied with my trip and although I do NOT plan on returning to sister nails again. read more

The only nice thing I can think to say about this place is that as a walk in I was taken immediately. There is a reason for this. Male who did my gel fill ins, his nails were dirty and long, he lost control of his drills several times. Woman who painted my nails/toes got very huffy when I asked her to remove polish off of one cuticle (all cuticles were over painted). Will not go back. read more

This place is revolting. The use OPI as a come-on, then after you choose the polish they pull a switch and put garbage on your nails. I had 2 young grandchildren have pedicures and manicures as a treat when they were visiting. Their polish lasted 3 days and washed off in the pool. When I complained, they yelled at me. "No refund! Get out!" This was in front of two appalled children. DO NOT GO TO THIS DISGUSTING PLACE! read more

My daughter and I had our nails done here not long ago. I had a gel nail manicure...it was wonderful and stayed on for weeks! The lady who did my nails was quick yet paid attention to detail. My 7 yr old had a regular Child manicure and it turned out so cute as well. They only charged me 5.00 for her manicure!! I was very pleased with our experience.
