The absolute worst manicure I've ever had in my life. The pedicures are horrible as well. I will NEVER go there again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Prices are inexpensive and now I know why. This is what I get for wanting to do a pedicure with w co-worker/friend after work. She BUTCHERED my toes before even letting me answer, she says REALLY SHORT and clipped. They were stinging and burning most of the night, I ended up coming home and taking the polish off immediately, I do NOT recommend this place, They were extremely kind but it just was an awful experience and this is why I stick to my guy at Ken at Tipsy. My daughter and I went in for the Head Spa and it did NOT disappoint! Nataly and Cathy both were great! Very relaxing and highly recommend!

I am so utterly DISAPPOINTED! The main lady who basically runs the spa( I assume the owner) did a terrible job on my nails. First of all, I got there at 2pm and it wasn't even busy but there were barely any workers working and she was doing a million things at a time and couldn't focus on doing my nails at all. I asked for a simple French and didn't even bother getting the design because she screwed up the french so bad and also the shape of my nails. Also, she did a horrible job prepping my nails. I came in with dip tips on and she pretty much ripped them off rather than properly taking them off with acetone and tin foil. Look at the photos I uploaded. So mad and sad because I have a party next week and I have to get them redone and pay a lot of money again. My friend was also getting her nails done but a different person did them for her and he was gentle and focused so maybe it depends on the person but for me my experience was really bad with this lady. read more

I came in for a pedicure and as the technician started she asked if I wanted to add the $10 massage option and I agreed to it. Unfortunately, the service I received was disappointing. The technician combined all three products (exfoliation scrub, gel, and lotion) together at once and massaged them in, which was uncomfortable and even painful due to the exfoliation beads. At one point she used her fists to hit up and down my legs, which did not feel relaxing. Partway through, another technician took over and I noticed the first technician performed the massage for her other client using each product properly, taking her time, and providing a much more professional experience. This left me feeling that I didn't receive the service I paid extra for. When I brought this up at checkout, I felt brushed off and ultimately still paid the additional charge. While the rest of the pedicure was fine, the overall experience left me feeling taken advantage of, and I don't plan on returning. I recommend trying Tipsy Nail Salon in Jupiter instead -- they're around the same price, provide consistently great service, and the staff are much more welcoming. read more

Was charged 45 dollars for a jell manicure that lasted three day before nails chipped , went back and had the nails repaired but one day later other nails chipped . Will not be going back ! read more

I've been going here for any years and have been very happy with the service. I stopped doing dip on my nails to give them a rest so lately I've just been getting pedicures. If I have a split toenail, the tech will apply the dip powder before the pedi which strengthens my nail. Sometimes the techs are conversing loudly in Vietnamese, which is quite annoying., especially when trying to relax and enjoy my pedi. But overall, I'm pleased when I leave here. read more

The staff here are nice. However, my nails were not done in a way that left me feeling that I would return. My nails were bumpy and not smooth at all. I noticed something in the paint that made a rise in my nail, and the tech was unable or unwilling to correct it. I would not recommend this salon, and I won't be returning. She was actually working on another woman a few stations away at the same time she was doing my manicure. My nails were roughly filed....never smoothed out. Cuticles were a mess. I love this place. I go to Helen or Michelle (both are equally great) to get dip it's about 2x a month. It never comes off between visits and it looks so perfect that people often comment on them and ask if they are real. They do such a good job people think that they must be acrylics but they are not! Also, the price is more reasonable than the fancier places near by. They are very accommodating and good at getting you in without making an appointment way in advance, which is convenient. They even stay late, if need be. Give them a try, I think you will like it. read more

When it came to the massage she focused only on my left leg & massaged my right leg for like 10 seconds. I was supposed to get my nails done too but I wasn't going to waste more money at this place. I have been coming here for over 3 years. There is always ample parking. The sanitation of the tools and spas are fantastic. Hours are 7 days a week. Let me tell you having a place that is open on Sundays when you work M-F is a true convenience. I have always used Amanda. Honestly she is sweet and honestly. I have never experienced her talking in a language to the other workers. This happens at many salons, and I always feel that I am being talked about. The no chip polish lasts at least 2 weeks and the service is prompt if you make an appointment. My cuticles were cut and bled which has never happened before - they ignored me when I showed it to them. The nail polish was on my fingers not just my nails and wasn't taken off. She never rushes me and she does a beautiful job shaping my nails. They never ever lift! I can go three weeks with serious growth and still no lifting. My mother was in town a couple of Sundays ago and wanted a pedicure. We attempted to go to Sunshine Nails (based on Yelp reviews), but the wait was an hour long so we decided to go elsewhere. I had previously gone to Tipsy and enjoyed it, but didn't think the paint job was that great, so I remembered previously passing Jupiter Nails. We arrived Sunday afternoon and they were busy, but were able to fit each of us for pedicures. I might not have stopped here if I had seen the ringworm review, but I'm happy that they did use liners and the majority of the technicians had gloves on. I live next door in Botanica. Went to Jupiter Nails and Spa for a Mani/pedi on Saturday, April 13, 2019. The nail polish on my hands started to chip off by the next day in chunks. When I walked in politely asking for the owner/manager on Wednesday, Aoril 17th; to tell her my polish has now completely disappeared, I was told the owner/manager was not there. The manicurist at the first desk by the register informed me that their manicure polish only lasts 1-2 days. They think that is normal. So if you want a manicure that lasts 1-2 days, apparently this is the place to go. 0 stars on that and their attitude. read more

Please save your time and don't go tot his nail salon. First off, Helen did my nails. When I asked her to do them I asked if I could just have my tips done and not my whole nail, she acted as if it was a problem so I told her don't worry about it. Second, I only had my nails done less than a week and I had to go back because my middle nail broke off. When I told the owner she acted like I was the problem. They were pretty much rushing me when I trying to find the color on my nails so they told me they could give me a color closest to the one I had...whatever it's just one nail and it's getting done for free. I still tipped the guy $5. I'm on my second week of having my nails done and low and behold both of my first fingers on my left and right hands fingernails fell off! I'm a teacher so it's not like a work a laborious job! Will I be going back to get them fixed? Nope! I don't want my finger nails looking like the RAINBOW. Awful. Absolutely awful. I'm use to paying $15-$18 for a mani/pedi in Brooklyn, from these Asian salons that are a dime a dozen, so when I see a mani/pedi for $35, I expect results. Well, suffice it to say, I would've done a better job myself--blindfolded! I've come home and had to use a cotton swab to remove excess polish all over the sides of my nails--SO SLOPPY! When I lived in Brooklyn, I had no problem with the mediocre quality of the service, because I knew it would last a week, and at $6 a mani , I could afford to go back the following week for a new mani, so it was fine. But, I'm sorry, when I'm paying $15 for a mani, I expect better. They have absolutely NO CLUE what they're doing! I went in there because I was transitioning nail salons and was trying out new places in the neighborhood, hoping to find something good. Someone sitting next to me told me "this is the best manicure I've ever gotten", and I immediately realized that this woman wouldn't know a good mani if it hit her on the head! They speak virtually no English, and they literally just sit there and YES you to death, meanwhile, you know they have no idea what you're saying. I've actually had to take the nail file out of the nail tech's hand because of how frustrated I got that she kept filing my nails too round, when I explained my preference for a square shape. If you're already spending $35+, there's definitely better places to take your business. read more

All the nail techs are very nice. They give the best pedicures. My favorite is the spa pedicure.

The women who work their are very friendly unlike the typical Asian nail salons . Prices are reasonable 8$ for eyebrow wax and 7$ for lip. They let you relax in pampering massage chairs with 1000 different settings for a pedi, which by the way is only 20$ and you can upgrade to pro pedi with a warm gel and sea salt massage for only 8$!!! I recommend this place to anyone who does walk-ins. read more

I was thrilled with the random discovery (on Yelp). Helen did an outstanding job on my acrylic nails, about which I am really picky. I want them short and to look natural, not like most acrylic nails. She did them exactly as I like and found a white, called American French, that is not too white and then she put a gel on top so I didn't have to worry about drying them. I then had a pedicure where they did Shellac. Great idea for toes because I could put shoes on right afterwards and not worry about chipping them. I will definitely come back the next time I am in Jupiter. read more
