They don't listen to what you want. I do not recommend this place unless you want messy nails. I could hear them laughing at the customers. I could understand a few things they said ridiculing them laughing at what they said to them over the phone. I felt the nail tech tried to just get me out of there as soon as possible. She was super gluing all of my skin to the bottom of my nails. I wish I got her name. I went in for an acrylic set with my friend they seemed to rush us into the seats I was very confused. The woman asked what I wanted I showed her a photo and she just grabbed my hands and started sanding the tops of my nails off lol. I told the nail tech I specifically did not want gel because I knew it costed more money, she proceeded to put gel on ALL of my nails. I didn't realize until she had me put my hand under the gel curing light. Both mine and my friend's nails were NOT worth 130$. The nails are so misshapen, the nail tech did a terrible job with my polish and it is hardened. There is no fixing where she over painted my nails and there is spots on my nail that aren't even painted! My nails are different lengths. She didn't bother to push my cuticles back or give me a massage like the other clients inside of the store. I would definitely not visit this place again I am extremely disappointed with the service! They did not even trimmed nails, were uneven and not "shiny buff". The worst pedicure I've ever had. Cindy was messy and shouldn't be doing nails. Tried to blame me for having thin toenails. She left the nails jagged and I had to shape them myself. The cuticle were poorly clipped and she got polish on cuticles and skin. The staff came up to me knowing I was unhappy but didn't even look at my feet or offered anyone to fix them. I get my nails done often and don't ever have problems or complain. The staff made me feel like it was my fault, my nails. They were to busy to offer me help or even look. After hearing about Allure from a local, I took my friend I was visiting and we gave it a try. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and even though all the pedicures are a standard four-step process, there were still choices for fragrances and needs. My friend and I both chose the moisturizing olive oil option and it was lovely! And the leg and foot massages were amazing!! There's no way to take a photo of the relaxation quotient, but we both walked out of there throughly pleased--and my toes look great too! read more

Went in for a mani pedi and the only man in the place waved me back to take a seat. Not sure if he's the owner but he's disgusting looking with long crooked dirty fingernails. He started my pedi and was so rough, using the emery board on my skin. He jabbed his long nasty fingernails into my skin and told me to "relax". So gross. He was so quick with the pedi and did a horrible job with the polish. I told him I didn't want a mani and had to go. He overcharged me, as this salon is usually $25 for pedis he charged me $30. I will never be back. Worst experience. I will go to nails by T from now on. read more

Incredibly disappointing. I went to get a simple full and color change. The man who did my nails burned my skin on just the first nail. He had the drill all the way up, when I winced he said "well it's gel. That's how you get it off." I'm aware... but you don't need to hurt someone. I let it go and he moves on to the rest of my nails. He's coughing all over me. Having me rest my hands on a roll of paper towels which apparently is standard there, and made me bleed on 6 out of 10 fingers. I asked what kind of pedicures they offered he told me the price differences. I said okay. What is included in them. You know. Difference between deluxe service and basic. Whatever. There's susually a menu or details or something. He looked at me rolled his eyes and explained the prices were $25 $35 and $45. That's it. Like I was ignorant and didn't understand....whatever. I just wanted to be done with him but still have a good experience. So I asked for the $25 pedicure. He finishes and I get up to go to the pedicure chair and look down and two of my nails are bumpy and lumpy and clumped up. I asked him if he could please fix them. They were visibly not right. He rolled his eyes again and fixed them. I finally sit down for the pedicure and she asked me what scent I wanted. He had told her I wanted the $45 service when I asked for $25. After trying to explain the miscommunication she gave me the $35 one which I wasn't aware of until check out. It wasn't her..she was nice and all but it was the worst pedicure I ever had. Her massage was literally nothing. She like lightly rubbed my leg awkwardly up and down barely touching me for five minutes maybe. No pressure. Nothing. So I figure whatever no big deal this place just isnt for me. I go to check out and my bill is $110!!! For a $25 pedicure...and a fill and color change that's $40 according to the owner. $65 total. So where is this other $45 coming from?! No one would listen to me. So i ended up paying for it. I even tipped! Even after being COUGHED ON. Not even 2 hours later and my GEL polish is literally squishing under my nails and melting off my fingers. Wtf...? I return the next day asking for them to fix it and they want me to go with the same guy as before and make an appointment rather than addressing the issue now. I said no. And I'd rather have a partial refund and get them fixed elsewhere. I did NOT want him touching me, cutting me, or coughing on me again. The owner said she would fix them personally and I agreed. She was gentle and nice. But later in the day my nails were scuffed up and peeling and bumpy AGAIN. I paid $110. Went back and got them fixed THREE times and theyre still shitty looking. Now as a full time student, I don't have any extra money to just throw away and get them done for the FOURTH time by a totally different place. So I'm stuck feeling self conscious with these gross nails. I appreciate the owner trying to be kind and fixing it. But I'm the end it didn't matter. The job still wasn't done right, I was still over charged, coughed on, and disappointed. I went there because I was stressed out and my therapist recommended some self care. Needless to say the goal of distressing was definitely not met. read more

The nail tech was nice but the work she did was beyond disappointing. She spent 20 minutes on my pedicure. The leg massage was more like her rubbing oil on my skin, zero pressure on my actual feet/legs. She spent no time on my cuticles. It was the "fake cuticle cut" trick most nail places do to hurry it up. She turned the cuticle cutter and was just applying pressure to my skin. No actual skin came off because I was watching her, the few pieces she did get were only the obvious ones. I have been here a couple of times and I feel like if you don't upgrade the pedicure then they do a half ass job. This wasn't just my person, I noticed another woman who was done just as soon as I was. This is why making an appt with an appt only nail place is key. I just figured going in here for a pedicure wouldn't be all that bad since I had one from here a long time ago. I should have just booked with the salon who couldn't get me in until the weekend. Beware of what they are doing.... the first time I went here I had a good experience getting the dip on my nails, it lasted a long time no chips. I went back the second time and by week 2 I had three broken nails, I went to another salon and the guy showed me that they had put ACRYLIC on my nails and then the powder over top. It took over 30 minutes to soak it off which isn't normal. Just pay attention and if they use a brush, in the beginning it's acrylic! read more
