Todd was always prompt for all steps. The installers completed in less than a full day and even went the extra mile for an issue that was discovered the day of install. Roof looks perfect. Highly recommend! Update 7/17/2026: Todd came out to check on a flashing concern I had. Turns out it was placed by a former exterminator but he went the extra mile to help diagnose and help me get solid photos. This…read moretime he found our roof in generally good shape however he found we were missing one ridge shingle which could have been leaking. He didn't have the shingle with him but he came back a few days later and replaced the missing shingle. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and professionalism of Forever Exteriors.
