My four-star rating is because I absolutely love Bergamot and wish there were a stronger Bergamot flavor. The matcha could also be more strongly flavored. Simply because cafés are more than the drink and grub. Cafés are as solid an offering of what culture Earth has to offer across its varied continents, countries, and street corners.
