The options are great...every beer lover will find at least two they want to try. The atmosphere is low-key and welcoming. We enjoyed it!

5 star comedy club and 4 star taproom with 2 star beer i feel very bad to say because they are nice and it's a fun place to hang out and a great place to see comedy. Parking can be a pain in tbe ass tho.

This place is more than just a brewery, as they have a comedy club in the back as well. When you enter, it is a large rectangle type setup, with a bar along one end and tables set up throughout, as well as a few booths. They have pinball games and shuffleboard as well. The back area that is a comedy club kind of mirrors the front rectangle, but set up with tables and chairs. Intimate, as you are not far from the small stage in any seat. There is also a bar running along the one end. They had 14 different beers on tap with a really nice variety of styles, even with a BA stout (very appreciated when places have that option even in the summer). Something for everyone. The beers are solid, the place is fun, and I'm happy to drink craft beer that is made on site while seeing a comedy show. For those reasons, this is a pretty special place, even if the beers aren't necessarily stand outs. Get the Scoopshot milkshake ipa, that is well executed. Service is super friendly too!

Visited this place when I saw the sign adjacent to the Minneapolis Sculpture display advertising it. Was parched from walking around. Went in and got a hazy ipa. People inside were friendly and they had a good selection of beers

They don't have much food there but what they make up for food is the wonderful atmosphere and the comedy room they have there. The amazing bartender is very knowledgeable about the drinks and they even have an Antisocial Apple Cider for those who just want to drink a hard cider in piece. I would highly recommend this place and they are LGBTQ+ Friendly and a nice ambiance to the place. They have arcades and pool tables so if you want just a nice place to hang or someplace you want to do you "sit down" Comedy skits, then this is the place. You will have a great time, I guarantee it!

Beer board. Room is cute just small so didn't want to make anyone uncomfortable taking pics

Awesome vibe awesome staff. Got dragged to a comedy show Friday and it's almost more of a comedy club than brewery. Wish I could rate it higher but the beer nerd girl pride in me can't do it. Very cozy very friendly lots of games but more of a waiting room for a comedy club with the quality of the beer.

One of my favorite beer spots in the cities for sure. They have amazing beers. I'm never disappointed by their beers. I always go with the flight and I'm always happy with the wide variety of delish beers! I love the peanut butter porter. Check out their comedy room in the back. Thursday nights they have free open mic nights. Cheers friends!

After meandering the sculpture garden, my bestie and I found ourselves thirsting for a deliciously cold brew. So we made our way to Sisyphus Brewing to imbibe a bit before making our way back to the 'burbs! SPACE/ATMOSPHERE: So fun! For starters they have pinball machines along the wall as you first entered, a wall made from repurposed barrel staves, and tons of seating for every type of drinker/group! We chose a fairly private booth to hang out in and it made for a great spot to people watch and catch up. Their taproom is also dog-friendly so don't forget your furry friend. BREWS: Sisyphus Brewing has a tap menu that is bound to have something appealing for everyone. Both my bestie and I chose to sip on Neverlasting Gobstopper, a cherry blueberry sour. Yum! I tend to steer clear of brews that include cherry, they almost always taste like cough syrup - not this one! It was wonderfully balanced with the perfect amount of mouth watering tartness. BITES: While they don't have a kitchen, they do also have a variety of snacks for sale to satisfy the hungriest of bellies. SERVICE: The beertender here was super friendly and made great conversation as we placed our order. While we didn't spend a ton of time interacting it was def a positive experience. MERCH: During our visit they had a great variety of merch including flannels, shirts, tanks, growlers, and more! So don't forget to show your support. Sisyphus Brewing was a great spot to grab a brew before making out way back to Coon Rapids. I'll gladly come back next time I'm in town to check out more of their delicious brews. Cheers, Minneapolis!

Sisyphus is a unique brewery/comedy club. I loved my Sunday afternoon in the taproom enjoying a peanut butter stout and board games with friends. With the number of games available at Sisyphus, it's essentially a board game cafe where you don't have to pay an extra fee! They've also got shuffleboard and pinball. Something that caught my attention on their website was the "About Sisyphus" section. The owner writes so much eloquently about the meaning of his business's name. They go on to share about mental health and encourage others to seek help. What a remarkable message. I appreciate the vision behind Sisyphus! Things to know: - Dog-friendly bar! - Can get loud with the chatter, dogs, and echo but they added foam to the bottom of the tables to control the noise. - No kitchen, but snacks are available - The bar includes board games, pinball, and shuffleboard - Comedy club events weekly - Event room available for rent - The taproom is a bright and sunny space during the day - Located close to the sculpture garden - recommend stopping by check this area too!

Visited Sisyphus for a group event so we were in the back bar area to the left of the entrance and we all had a great time! I was super appreciative that they offered tastes/sips so that you could see if you liked certain drinks. I tried a taste of the pineapple vanilla IPA (something I probably would not have usually ordered) and it was so good that I ordered the full glass! It was surprisingly sweet and bright, and thankfully not too hoppy. Super fun and cozy space. It looked like they had some board games in the main area as well. A smaller menu than some other breweries I've seen but it seems super nicely curated so you can be confident that no matter what you order it will be good! A nice selection of NA bevs as well.

We visited Sisyphus for a small group event in the back/side room. It was quiet and cozy for our group - we brought in a cheese-tasting class and had a great time! I believe they use this room for trivia mostly - there was a little stage and great acoustics in this room. We all grabbed a drink and I had the cider. It was crisp and very light, a little dry but plenty sweet for my palate. The menu was pretty small, but they also had a lot of NA bev offerings! Almost every drink had a different glass which was fun too!

The Peanut Butter Porter! OMG! AH-MAH-Zing!! I used to say I don't like beer, but I really think I shouldn't be saying that anymore. Initially sour beers were my thing, but coming here I love everything! The Antisocial apple is smooth. Easy drinking. But the Peanut Butter Porter is so delicious! I think I like porters now too. It tastes just like peanut butter in beer form. You can order food from nearby joints! Urban Sub, Galactic Pizza, Red Savoy, Amazing Thailand, Pizza Luce...which we ordered. Yum! This place is fun, comfy, and yummy! I'm coming back soon!

Made a quick stop here after a museum visit to get away from the heat. Straight forward tap room that isn't very large, but still has seating available on a Friday afternoon. Tried two beers while here: "Peanut Butter Jackpot!" and "Tilt Warning" ($6 each). The former is exactly as you would expect - a dark stout with peanut notes and a sweet finish. The latter is a hazy IPA that's full-bodied; would definitely lend to some snacks if having any. Speaking of which, the same snacks are available here as many of the other breweries around (seemingly the same set of popcorn and pretzel options). Only a couple bartenders manning the shop, but were able to get orders filled without a sweat. Recommended stopover of in this part of town.

Beer was good. But the place smelled like a dog kennel. I get dog friendly, but this place stank.

Great place to try different beer, with a calm house party kind of feel. I'd recommend a beer, but they change all the time!

The patio is a huge highlight. It's spacious, well set up, and perfect for enjoying drinks outside, especially in the warmer months. There are games to play, plenty of seating, and a really fun, laid-back atmosphere that makes it easy to spend a few hours there without even realizing it. The food is also a standout, which isn't always the case at breweries. We especially love the pizza and the elote fries, both are consistently delicious and pair perfectly with their drinks. It's nice to have food options that go beyond the basics and actually feel like a reason to come back. The staff has always been super friendly and patient, even when it's busy, which we really appreciate. It makes the whole experience feel welcoming and easy. Inside, the space is just as great. There are two levels and games you can play, so there's plenty to do no matter the weather. Overall, this is one of our go-to spots and somewhere we find ourselves coming back to again and again.

Working through breweries on the Pub Pass, we decided to stop in to Broken Clock…read more The space is huge, so you shouldn't have to worry about seating. It actually looks like an old elementary school building. Food is available next door and seems to have a rotating food truck, but the brewery itself doesn't appear to have food directly. Lots of brews to choose from and has coffee in the morning. I tried a mango wheat and hubs had a milk and cookies stout. I would have liked mine a bit better if it was toned back on the hoppy flavor, but it was still decent. This place is VERY kid/family-friendly. Not that that's a bad thing, just more for awareness that kids are readily running around, in case that does have an impact on your choice to go one way or another.

I enjoyed the gingerbread latte while working and a friend met me after. I came another time after work when I enjoyed the salted caramel stout - highly recommend, esp if you find IPAs to be bitter as I do. It was good! Noticed they sell thc gummies and beverages and beer to go, plus lots of their own merch. There's 2 pool tables, pin ball machines, foosball, board games, and other games to play.
