Walking into the brew hall, we were immersed in medieval scenery with knight armor and weaponry positioned throughout brew hall. There was a really cool library with a wide assortment of books and some board games people could interact with. The vibes inside were very chill which was a huge plus. In terms of drinks, we were overwhelmed with how many options we could choose from and with how unique all of the flavors were. I decided to go with an 8 flight of beers as I couldn't narrow down a particular drink that caught my attention and thank goodness I went with that route. Out of the 8 beers I selected, I only truly liked 3 of the drinks. Some of the flavors I felt from the drinks that I didn't like reminded me of dish soap, sardines, and burnt wood (just to name a few). In terms of food, they had a food truck on site which had pretty good food and the overall staff were very nice. It's one of those places where I'm happy I came to experience the place, but isn't a top priority for me to make another visit.

The beer leans towards a wide variety of Hazy IPAs, which is one of our favorite styles, so we were in heaven! We tried a few different beers during our visit, and all were delicious! The big surprise was their Tropical Sour, which had a delicious citrus and island vibe to it! We took home a four pack to enjoy all summer long! It had decent belgian notes but it was half-flat and a little sweet for my taste. It's nice they have a patio but it's beset by constant traffic from 44th St on one side and a parking lot with porta pottys on the other. Not exactly getting any fresh air. Moreover, the seating at picnic tables and high tops with cheap un-cushioned bar stools felt pretty half assed but that went along with the overall theme. They allow outside food and had a food truck operating when we went there which was a plus. Ultimately neither one of us were thrilled with our first tap so we bailed. Overall, LTD Brewing offers a great selection of beer, plenty of space, and excellent service. Nice to see that Unmapped is doing well enough to afford the 50 bucks a month or whatever it is to buy an Untappd Local Badge. Given its location, I get here a fair amount given my work locations over the past eight years. They have an occasional banger here and there. Usually, in the Woodwinds series that they do. Their Belgians also do the trick most of the time. Otherwise, mostly three star range on most of the 71 beers I've had there. Most often they have a food truck. Phone charging available under the bar...always a huge plus. Dog friendly and kid friendly...wait maybe this should be a three.

They had some food options inside, but nothing that consisted of a full menu, some snacks, pizzas, etc. They also had a food truck there, which we regretfully didn't try with dinner reservations later that night. But there is something here for the hungry stomach! The beer was delicious. They had a good selection consisting of IPA's, sours, seltzers, some lights, ears, etc.! I had one of their IPAs and was thoroughly impressed as well as their Düsseldorf which was awesome. They had some NA beers and plenty of sodas for those that don't drink or the kids who are with. The service was top notch. The gentleman that was working in particular was super friendly and talkative. Helped choose drinks, and even offers some suggestions for dinner which we took him up on!
