I just got home from this location. I couldn't be happier with my experience, I did end up purchasing a mattress. The man who helped me was Matthew and he was great, super chill guy. I for one get nervous when sales reps are too pushy, I understand why they are but it makes me anxious. Matthew was the opposite of that, he was around for questions but at no time did it feel overbearing. I also used the bed match test, it was helpful and did help guide me to finding a great fit. So while my previous review said how happy I was I retract every bit of it. Chris the assistant manager was ringing up my purchase. While doing so I walked around And found a mattress that would suit me better and it was $200 less. Immediately Chris's attitude changed! Conveniently he had already rung up my $258.00 More expensive purchase. Chris let me know that he could not refund my card from his location and he would send it into The corporate office. Here we are 18 days later No refund. I called the store I speak to Joe who says he's actually the manager. He then calls accounting. They say they have no record and Say they will process my refund today. The store was fine, Joe was fine, Chris needs to be terminated. You take every sale. With the same joy. If you are earning big money or small every customer gets the same treatment. Not so if you deal with Chris. read more

Despite the store being busy, he took time to explain to us the pros and cons of different types of mattress. Went to the Sit'n Sleep in Northridge over the weekend with my fiance to buy our first mattress together. We were greeted right away by Hector and thanks to his patience and experience we were able to find the perfect mattress for both of us! Hector put us on the computerized mattress to see what the perfect mattress for our body types was. After testing out a few we figured out what kind of mattress was the best for us. We went in to the at store yesterday to look for a new mattress. Not one employee came to greet us or ask if we needed any help. We walked around looking for about 15 minutes. My brother was meeting us there because he has a truck we needed his truck to be able to load the new mattresses We were going to purchase there. When my brother came He parked in front of the store only then did an employee come up to my husband and said what's up dude. My husband replied nothing dude we came too look at some mattresses. The guy looked at my husband and said cool I gotta take a piss and went back inside. We have never seen employees at a business conduct themselves so poorly and treat us as customers so rudely our presence wasn't even acknowledged by any of the employees working that day. One lady just stood there staring . No one said one thing to us while we looked around . I felt like they were looking at my husband like he was some thug. He has a shaved head but it shouldn't matter every customer should be treated with kindness and respect . He didn't do anything to the employees to be treated as if he wasn't even there. And the sales associate that comes outside to smoke as his brother is parking says I gotta take a piss. Don't shop there. Extremely unprofessional staff of useless and rude employees that shouldn't even have a job as customer service. There was none. I ended up going to Matress Central Across the street . Where they gave me an excellent deal on the orthopedic mattress I wanted and two free pillows also. We're going to be needing two more matresses for my kids soon I will never walk into another sit n sleep ever again after the treatment I got from the employees at this store. Hi to Matress Central. I buy all my mattresses from Sit n Sleep and when my mom told me she was in the market for one, I knew just where to take her! We were greeted by William Saiki who was very friendly and professional. After exchanging introductions, he made my mom and I feel at ease knowing we'd find the exact mattress she needed within her budget. We used the cool NASA machine to figure out what type of mattress my mom needed. This tool is invaluable as it eliminates the hassle of "trying on" dozens of random mattresses. After the analysis, William guided my mom over to one of the mattresses that fell within the parameters of the data, which my mom felt was too soft. He then showed us one that my mom thought was too firm. Finally William guided us over to a mattress Goldilocks thought was just right. My mom said she could have fallen asleep right then and there. With the Black Friday sale going on, it was the best time to buy. As my mom is a healthcare front-line worker, William even added on an additional discount that pleased my mom tremendously!
