I wish I could give a zero , one is too much for their quality of Costomer service, material and the pricing. I got a heirloom mattress from this location, I told the sales person Polin I have a lot of pain in my lower back and I need a mattress to help me relieve my pain , also mentioned that i am a side sleeper mostly , but she suggested a mattress that made my back pain even worse , I am suffering for a month now trying to see if it's gana get better, but it's not .icalled her to exchange the mattress with a softer mattress to help my pain ,she tried to take advantage of the citation now that I have no choice of return and only can exchange and tried to sell me the mattress even higher than other stores. When I said other stores sell 800$ cheaper she said oh well this is the price we sell. She should have sold me the correct mattress based on my needs to begin with and not to take advantage of the situation and sell me with a higher price. That is a day time rubbery not a honest business . They should listen to Costomer and advice knowledgeably . Second problem I have when they delivered my matress they scratched my brand new hardwood floors, when I complained to Costomer service and send them the picture they denied responsibility. I will show you the picture. I am very ,very disappointed and dissatisfied from ortho matress the way they handle their business. Costomer satisfaction is not important to them they do anything to make more money . Very dishonest and greedy. When you buy a matress make sure that it is what you will be really comfortable with. take your time and test it for long time and do research on it . Don't trust what they say it's ok you have 90 days to try it on , because they know if you try to exchange they will even make more money out of you , that is their game .No I will not recommend them to anyone. They scratched my brand new floor which I have to go trough a lot of trouble to fix and they sold me a mattress which made my back pain even worse, and I have to give them higher price than other stores in order to exchange. I entered the store feeling confident I knew what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay for it. I had already done extensive research online and only needed to try the mattress out in real time to make certain it was the one I wanted. I had even called ahead and spoken to a sales person to find out the Memorial Day sale price. I was greeted by the manager, Polin and asked her to show me where the mattress I wanted was so I could lay on it before giving her my credit card. I even brought my own pillows. (lol) But with her expert knowledge of the available inventory, her accurate assessment of my personal needs, and her willingness to cut prices to the bone... by the time I left, I had purchased a MUCH BETTER mattress for less than my original bottom line budget!! The one I came for was a floor model with no warranty or try-out period and did not include an adjustable base. I had already vetted the one she suggested to me when I was doing my research & thought it was way more than I could afford. It's an excellent quality brand new Ortho Norland II with a 10 year warranty AND she added the adjustable base & delivery... all for less than I had been willing to pay for the floor model! If you want a low pressure, easy, and (most importantly) honest shopping experience, call ahead and ask if Polin will be the manager when you get there. read more

WORST BUSINESS EVER - SCAMMERS & HARASSERS If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This place is the definition of deceptive, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. Their online prices are a flat-out LIE--as soon as you step foot in the store, they slap on a $200 hidden fee like it's nothing. Classic bait-and-switch scam. And let's talk about their so-called "sales associates"--more like vultures. Pauline (yes, I'm naming names) apparently doesn't understand the concept of "NO." After I politely told her I wasn't interested, she decided to call me repeatedly like some unhinged telemarketer, even leaving voicemails insulting me and claiming I'm "mentally ill." Excuse me?? Thank you to Polin who assisted with purchasing a new mattress, she explained all the differences in Otho doctor recommended, coil spring differences, price differences, 10 year warranty with free delivery. I recommend this spot. Sit and sleep other mattress firm places were like robot sales people. I dont see how a machine determines what mattress I need and how much do I wanna spend based on back aches? They charged me $250 instead of lowering it 3 inches they came and put it 3 inches off the ground so I can't even get in or out this is the most incompetent service I have ever received.
