I was going to give them a one star review at first but Mattew(store manager) fixed my issue. My wife and i had ordered a mattress waited 3 weeks and on the day of delivery nothing showed up. I was outrageous because i even got the call a day before to confirm delivery. So i called up and found out we had to wait another 3 weeks. I lost my s*** and went to the store mad as hell. Had to replace my so call form mattress in less than 2 years...they claim it was a lemon.. they replace it with the same mattress, I wasn't going to pay an additional $1000.00 dollars to get the mattress I was suppose to have gotten in the first place. It turned out the mattress I received originally want even a firm mattress. 10/21/2018 Went to Sit 'n Sleep stressed out because I needed a mattress ASAP. I wanted something comfortable, affordable, and something delivered ASAP, and I'm grateful that Hector Estrada helped make the process smooth and easy. Hector welcomed me as I walked in and I told him I needed a mattress. I didn't know the first thing about mattresses but Hector assured me that he would take care of me. The first thing we did is checked out the bed test, which is a test to figure out a person's pressure points and determine which bed type is best for maximized sleep. It's like a green bed that has detectors and readers designed in it, which you lay on for about a few minutes as it determines your pressure points and determines what type of firmness needed for lumbar support. Once the few minutes were done, I discovered I needed a "firm" mattress, but on the softer end of the "firm" spectrum. Hector knows a lot about sleeping and the scientific information tied in with it. He knew why I slept on my side (to gain lower back relief), as well as why lying on my back is more difficult to breathe. We are taught in our society to take care of our health, like exercising and eating healthy but we don't really pay attention to our sleep which is why choosing the right mattress can aid in overall health. This is important for me so I'm glad Hector was able to help me out. I tried out a few mattresses that were in the price range that I could afford and that were in the "firm" category but on the softer side. Once I tried a few mattresses, I knew the one that felt right for me. Hector even knew it too because he said that he knew I would like the specific model and make, but I still insisted on trying more after that. When I returned to the one that I knew was the right fit, he said he knew that was the right one for me because it was on the softer side of firm and it would provide the stability and support, while also giving me the comfort of feeling like I'm sleeping on a soft pillow-like surface. Hector also was able to get me the electrical base so that I can use the remote control and adjust my sleeping position. We tried it in the store and I saw that I breathed better when I used the electrical platform to adjust up by a few inches. Also it is used to increase circulation. I was actually super impressed by it so I decided to invest in it. With the electric platform and the mattress, I was able to finance in store so I walked out without having payed anything and 0% APR for 12 months, which is exactly the financial break I needed especially since I had to purchase a bed and other furniture back-to-back recently for my new place. The delivery is coming this Wednesday and it is a white glove delivery and I am assured that they're going to come take care of everything, including the installation. This has been an incredibly stressful process so having Hector and Sit n' Sleep take care of me in this way has made it so much easier. I even called Hector right now just to make sure last minute schematics such as questions I had regarding the electrical base and he was able to explain and answer all my worries. Saleslady Karen was on top of her game and helped us pick out the full size mattress with all amenities included. Price was somewhat reasonable but we paid more than we had originally budgeted. Where they dropped the ball was on the delivery, the frame was not fully encased and pieces were missing, no markings were on the box which had obviously been poached to use on another bed frame. Then they promised delivery the day after Xmas, (the original delivery date was on 12/24/2020). They never showed up and then when we called they said the warehouse would not deliver until 1/3/2021. We were very upset by this and our daughter had to sleep on the box spring and mattress until the 3rd of January. Completely unacceptable and deceptive. this is how businesses go under, need to keep your clientele pleased, especially during these trying times!! read more

A big shout out to Adam at the Northridge store! Be sure to ask for Adam when you go in. I bought my kids bed and my King bed there over the past two weeks. And now I'm updating this review because I have come back to see Adam 7 months later to help me by a full bed for my second child. I must first explain that I am in sales myself and very critical of sales people and quite frankly I am usually disappointed because they never listen. Not Adam though! My wife went in to buy my 5 year old a bed two weeks ago from Adam. Then my wife sent me there to talk to Adam and find us a bed. He remembered every bed my wife had tried and which ones she liked. Today I went in with my wife to make the final decision and he was able to provide us with a lot of information to make the best decision. He was very polite as was the whole staff. The service while I was in the store was good, but I was promised a phone call on the very next day and that phone call never came. I went into Sit 'n Sleep on Sat. February 15, 2020 to purchase a new bed and mattress over President's Day Sale. My salesperson was Lisa Kline who was so professional, knowledgeable and caring of my needs. I knew what I was looking for, but needed more information and Lisa pointed me to the beds and mattresses to help me make the right decision. Lisa was extremely helpful and I appreciated her input and kindness. She is an awesome saleperson! I purchased the Simmons Adjustable Base Black Luxury with the Simmons Black K-Class Firm Pillowtop. I purchased the 10 year extended warranty as Sit 'n Sleep is the only store that offers this - really good deal! I purchased the PureCare Frio Cool Pack Kit which protects the mattress. Three gentlemen came to my house to set up the adjustable bed, mattress and hauled the old mattress away. They were really great. I appreciated their professionalism, moving the bed exactly where I wanted it, putting on the sealed mattress cover; they explained how to use the the remote for the adjustable bed and left with all the garbage in tow. Excellent service, you could not ask for more. I have been sleeping in my bed for the last 3 months. I am very grateful I purchased my new bed and mattress before the panademic hit in March. I walked in there when they were very busy and everyone ignored me for like 15 mins. When someone finally asked if I needed help I said yes and pointed to the mattress I wanted to buy. He said he would come there in a moment. 10 mins later he comes back and helps me buy the mattress that some other guy was helping me an hot ago when I first walked in there. That guy was nice but not able to help me at this time. Anyways I say some big old guys desk and when he simply asked his coworker for help to finish up with me some paper work, the co worker named Hector I think said in Spanish in front of me something like, "Don't keep sending me customers because clearly were swamped." The big guy helping me stood up and yelled his name and he was pissed!
