Hi just stopping by for a quick review! (: I came to Sit 'n Sleep like a week and a half ago, and I was greeted by William right away! This was my first time purchasing a new mattress since I been having the same mattress for 15 years since I was 15 and now I'm 30 lol So I was a little nervous because I didn't know what to expect, and to be honest I went dressed in my pjs lol, because I wanted to try the mattress how I would be dressed when I go to bed! Wonderful experience! My boyfriend and I were assisted by Karen and she was very warm and sweet. We did the bed diagnostic machine that we thought would direct us to the most expensive out of budget mattresses. It actually just confirmed my initial firmness assumptions and Karen directed us to various mattresses that fit the bill. Matthew at the Northridge SitnSleep is fantastic. I strayed away from inner spring mattresses for a month or two because the Sherwood I bought sagge beyond belief for such a new mattress. Such bad quality. So, I decided to go to Sleep Number. OMG, what a mistake. It caused severe back pain and 45 days after it was returned, I am still going to physical therapy! I ran back to SitnSleep, Matthew, and I now have a wonderful Aireloom. Summing it up: Matthew at Northridge is the best and gives the best price too. Sherwood is junk. Sleep Number is the worst, and the most expensive. Aireloom is a great mattress. Take Care!!! read more

She helped us pick the right bed, not one that will get her higher sales, she is honest and that is what I wanted. After purchasing a mattress from Macy's that had my husband I waiting for two weeks and two more to go before it could be delivered changed our minds to cancel the order. We went to Sit n' Sleep and was greeted by William. He was very welcoming and helpful. Most importantly he set up our delivery for the next day. Something that Macy's could not do. Karen is the world's greatest salesperson. She worked so hard to find my boyfriend and me the perfect mattress, and she also hooked us up with some awesome deals! Needed a mattress due to some back pain. Knew i can rely on sit n sleep. One thing ive learned is dont cheap your sleep. Its the most important thing ever. I went to sit n sleep Northridge and matt jordan was my sales rep. Great guy. Very knowledgeable. I did the sleep test. And within 20 min Matt was able to find me and my fiancée the right mattress. Usually when it comes to mattress shopping and furniture shopping it takes almost as long as a car shop. But Matt was so good i was in and out of there in 30 minutes. Knowledge of product and good sales reps make everything so much easier. Being able to lay down and have matt explain what im laying on and the product made it so easy to just make a choice.
