I had a good experience in the past but I felt that the technician was rude and shaming today at my…read morevisit and the doctor seemed to support her shaming of me- they wanted to make me feel that I was neglecting my dog. She had a skin issue that was making her gnaw at her fur and it got very matted within literally three days and with infected sores. The doctor pointed out that I couldn't prove that the matting didn't come first- insinuating that it was because she is due for a grooming.... which is why we are here in the first place to be seen to make a grooming appointment.....they basically didn't believe me that she had been experiencing a skin irritation prior to this that made her hair extremely matted in that spot. I would be willing to remove this review if my next visit proves to be better- they also tried to make me muzzle her myself and I had to go back to get them to put on the cone collar when I couldn't get it on her... meaning this is something they should already be doing for the price of the visit. There was just a sort of negative energy all around and I really hope it can be improved. It's not just about serving the dogs- it's customer service. The best part was when the girl shoved my dog's shaved off fur into my face rudely to show as proof of my maltreatment of my dog, seemingly. Steve- what specifically was said? It was the way she said it and her tone - was nasty. Hope that makes sense. The appointment setter said nothing I had experienced had happened and hung up on me. Also- the doctor didn't even say hello or greet me - basic stuff. Lol apparently also it's confrontational to ask about my dog's care and ask to not be hung up on..... what is wrong with this place? Lol I got no instructions about her e collar at all..... this place sucks.... There is no standard for customer service and everyone is rude - AND projecting that somehow you, the customer, are rude for being upset at what is happening. That's reactive abuse. DO NOT GO HERE. Steve- did you notice you wrote dogs should muzzle their own dogs lol- typo. But a clear example of how attention is not paid to detail at your business. I appreciate your thoughts about preserving your staff, but if there is fear there are animal handling gloves that are inexpensive and that is really their job - not mine - in my opinion and experience. Steve- more specific things- the girl from the start mentioned it had been six months since she'd been seen and so she'd need to restart one vaccine. She then mentioned it again a few times and seemed angry. She also seemed annoyed because she asked if I wanted an estimate- I said I think it's 250 right? And she said no it's not that's why I asked if you wanted an estimate in kind of a rude way...I said ok sure ( in my mind I was like why not just have the estimate ready and hand it to me lol?). I said my dog needed dental surgery bc my last doc called it that-plaque removal- and she argued that no it's not surgery in a very pissed off way it felt to me. Then she brought the fur as a trophy and seemed to be shoving it in my face and seemed mad about it- she kept saying it was matted do you see? As if I can't see it.... I don't think this is great customer service do you? When I said she needed to back off basically and get out my face lol she angrily slammed a book/ laptop (it was startling so I wasn't paying attention to what it was) on the desk. Edit- these people are lying. Look at all the negative reviews they have. They are the ones who are inappropriate and rude- don't ever go here- I will never take this down. YOUR treatment of people is aggressive- and this will come back to you in karma. You are wrong here and you should be reported to the better business bureau. The girl at the desk is a full blown liar- she just says what we she wants in response to what I'm saying on the phone to make me sound so crazy to her audience- I'm merely asking basic care questions. Don't go here. You should be ashamed of yourself and Steve you have no idea what happened you're just literally making things up you weren't even there. Basically to conclude, no I'm not paying you to slam laptops or books angrily at me or to put fur in my face angrily- or to hang up on me when I'm upset about it- no that's not part of the services listed on the visit description. The doctor was too ashamed to face me so canceled me as a client instead of responding to my phone call about yes her staff but also my dog's issues- lol as if I'm so wanting to go back. Not a problem for me but, if you want one in particular, you may want to ask. I've had my Bubba for 7 years and along the way he had what we thought were constipation issues. His old vet just extracted what was in there and nothing more. When I got to LAH I told them I have financial difficulties and they ran EVERYTHING by me before they did it! Even called the house when I had to leave him there one time so we could discuss the next best course of action for Bubba and my wallet. We were able to hold of on blood work and ultrasounds, saving me hundreds for sure. It ended up he has kidney disease and weak muscles- poor boy! These people are all animal lovers- they want to help your baby, not pick your pocket. No unexpected expenses or tests. I will continue going there and have already recommended them to friends. I moved to Lincoln in August of 2021 and still kept my old veterinarian,Dr.Graham,from…read moreGreenville,R.I. because he was the best,but unfortunately retired and the clinic close up there.My pets last visit there was 04/13/2023.I started going to Lincoln Animal Hospital in 2024.I haven't been happy with them.My dog had been diagnosed with dry eye syndrone since 2018.The doctor here put my dog on Tacrolimus in Corn Oil 0.03% Ophth Solution for dry eye.I also had an ointment from my previos vet too for it(Neomycin and Polymyxin).I had been getting the different prescriptions,not just for my dogs eyes but Heartgard and Nexgard from their online pharmacy.Anyway,who doesn't like to compare and look for a better price(well maybe rich people).I found the dry eye medicines on Chewy.com for way less money.The both of the eye medicines put together that he needed were even cheaper than just one of theirs in their pharmacy.I ordered them from Chewy and I had to get the prescription from them to send to Chewy. I sent them them the screenshots of what I ordered and also talked directly to them.They called me and said I could pick them up.I drove there only to find out they were both not the right ones for what i ordered.One was suppose to be an ointment and it said solution but the person at the desk fixed that instantly and the other one was a little different than the last one they prescribed me but was still for the exact same thing for (dry eye).It was Cyclosporin in corn oil solution.Well she walked out to her hour lunch and I was told there was no guarantee she would even get to fixing it today.They did call me hours later to say that he would need another eye exam as the prescription wasn't the one that she had prescribed.I said look it up.The one I ordered from Chewy was for the exact same issue(dry eyes).She continued with the oh he has to be seen first.I said that is ridiculous,this is just a money grab.We already know he has dry eyes and you want me to come in to charge me for what we already know.As I spoke,I know I raised my voice a little,because it's upsetting that because I didn't want to use their online pharmacy to pay more,that they figured ok we'll make her bring him again to be checked and get our money,one way or another.Anyway whoever I was speaking with said, you're mean...and hung up on me.Well that didn't go well with me.I called them back and told whoever that I did not appreciate being told I'm mean and being hung up on so I will be going to a different Veterinarian and hung up on them.That is only one of the issues I have had with them making that one their final straw.They were trying to put on a muzzle on my JRT that was way too small just yesterday for his visit, that I also have to medicate the poor 16 year old dog for because they cannot handle him.My honey said,don't you have a bigger size,and low and behold,they opened a drawer full of them,and got the size that actually would fit him.They could not get it on and my honey had to put it on him.Also we request to go in for these visits when he has to get these Cytopoint shots because I swear one time I didn't go in that they never gave it to him.She took him from me and I didn't even get done paying and she brought him out.I said wow, that was fast and he didn't even yelp or anything and she said yeah he was a very good boy.He is never a good boy for them shots and he also itched like he never got it the whole month, so you tell me.My honey said I wouldn't be able to prove it, as I wasn't in the room with him so I never said anything.Another thing is I believe the dosage they prescribed for my 16 year old JRT of Gabapentin and Trazodone 50mg almost did him in.I cut the dose in half when I took him to have his nails cut at the groomer,which he also hates his nail being cut,and he did fine there.I just don't think this place truly cares about our pets,only getting their money...so beware!!

The whole process was more than enjoyable, as we really felt part of the mother's (Sophie's) pregnancy with frequent updates. After that litter of pups was born, they were very communicative to all of the families who were slated to be the future homes for those pups. Once the pups had received their immunizations, we were able to visit them--wonderful! Sue and Roland were more than welcoming, and we really felt like part of their extended "dog family"--you can immediately sense the love of their own animals, and that trickled down to the adorable litter that their dog, Sophie, had delivered. They are very open to questions, and are transparent with information about health, care, etc. We are excited to hopefully get another Golden from them whenever the next litter arrives! Our whole family recommends Rocking O... such kind and caring breeders!

Phil's styling and scissoring is second to none. Dogs by Design Pet Salon is immaculate. I highly recommend Phil, and Dogs by Design Pet Salon, so much so that I probably pass by 50 or more pet salons, on my two hour drive to have our dog groomed by Phil, at Dogs by Design Pet Salon.

When you call their message states that I also have some feral cats that would be nearly impossible to bring in for boosters as checkups, having a vet that can come to them is fantastic.
