The first time we booked, we had to cancel because he was still asleep and sleep around here is precious. We called and they were nice and relaxed about it. Another time we tried to come, we had to change his diaper last minute again and were running late, so we called again. We learned that appointments here are only fifteen minutes long, so if you're going to be over five minutes late, you need to re-schedule. Their online booking service was super convenient and we finally booked an appointment we could make with his nap schedule. We arrived and our son immediately lit up. He loved the slide they have in the lobby, the little car chairs they cut their hair in, and the Disney moving playing on the TV. He got so excited to sit in the car chair that he hardly noticed his hair being lightly sprayed with water. We were paired with Reba, who immediately started cutting his hair, taking advantage of him sitting still. Every time she needed him to move his head, she'd lightly tap on the little car steering wheel in front of our son with her comb and he'd turn her head. We were amazed. It's like she's done it before. LOL. His haircut is so cute and he was beaming the whole time. This is a child who won't let us drive more than five minutes before he wants out of his car seat, yet he loved sitting in the hair dresser chair. It went so much better than we thought it would and we are so thankful. We did the first haircut package which was $26 but comes with their lock of hair, and a family photo, all on a certificate. It honestly is so sweet and I'll keep it forever, so it was worth it in my book. We will definitely come back here! Thanks for being so great with our son!

The staff was friendly, the hairdresser was Natalie and she was super sweet and patient! The setup is great, a powered Frozen themed 4 wheel car as a chair, a TV where we played Bluey! The haircut was perfect, she asked multiple times about lengths to make sure we were satisfied. Then, we got to pick a free cute bow for her hair, she got a free nail painting (with 6 different purple/pink colors she picked) and a free purple balloon (you can follow my daughter's theme here). To finish off, the price was super affordable, cheaper than me getting a standard haircut! Overall, I was shocked when I read it wasn't clean from a previous review. The place was well put, as clean as humanly possible for a hair saloon (other than microscopic fibers perhaps) and a guy came right after us to vacuum and wipe the tables! I added photos of the whole thing for reference with their cleaning stuff ready to be used. Again, I would recommend this place, deserves 10 stars!

The person who did my sons hair didn't clean her station and when asked about it said she wouldn't clean it to just have to clean it again after him. Mind you, there was another kids hair all over the floor, chair, etc. I looked past it and should've known better. Then comes the cut which is the worst cut I've seen in my life. I cut his hair between cuts and even me (unlicensed) can cut his hair better. It's so uneven, patchy, and the photos don't even do it justice at how bad it actually is.

ON Another note, I must say that there were a few stylist in the back and at the shampoo bowl that were extremely loud and I'm not sure what was being said as it was in Spanish and at first I thought maybe these were other clients, no it actually was the stylist talking to each other in Spanish and extremely loudly and for long periods of time! they didn't seem to be aware about any of the other clients in the salon. All of the stylist seem to be doing shampoos and color which all looked awesome, but if the volume at the bowl would have been quieter while I was in my chair, I would have been more relaxed. I will return although because I loved my hair.
