Too many times we have a good experience, take it for granted and never leave a positive review. Only when something goes wrong does one feel motivated to gripe and write a negative review. My experience has always been very good to excellent* and I've been a happy customer of this location since they opened (14+ years or more). That's based on the fact I choose "first available" rather than a specific stylist which means I'd be much more likely to have a bad haircut but I'm always happy and I keep coming back. *Full disclosure: In the many years I've been using this SportClips location, I have had exactly 2 bad haircuts (which is amazing when you think about it). When I noticed something not right a few days later, I went back and they corrected it for free. I love the fact you can sign up online. When I get there I rarely wait more than just a few minutes. Also, a lot of reviews are old so give these guys the benefit of the doubt and try them out.

However, both times she was in there Kristi and another girl were having a gossip session not doing any work. The second time my sister was in there my son was screaming and crying about getting his hair cut. He hates getting his hair cut! Well my sister was holding his head for Carletta to try to make it a little easier for her. She (my sister) caught Kristi peeking around the corner of the counter LAUGHING at my son for screaming and crying!!!! I'm livid! Mv sister was so mad when she left there!!! They were booked so we went to HTC and had a horrible, horrible experience. The person who did my sons hair didn't clean her station and when asked about it said she wouldn't clean it to just have to clean it again after him. Mind you, there was another kids hair all over the floor, chair, etc. I looked past it and should've known better. Then comes the cut which is the worst cut I've seen in my life. I cut his hair between cuts and even me (unlicensed) can cut his hair better. It's so uneven, patchy, and the photos don't even do it justice at how bad it actually is.
