I don't even know what chemical they sprayed, but now I have a huge issue to deal with. And whoever you train to spray wetland areas, and maybe your whole company should loose your chemical application licenses. Having untrained people spraying entire vegitation killer that lasts for years in a sensitive wetland areas where there was no overgrowth. But when you get paid by the gallons sprayed, then caring what you are spraying is not a concern.
