I went in to see Susan for Botox and I'm very happy with my results. Susan is very good at what she does and was the only one who knew how to fix my hooded eye with a specific injection placement. I had one eye lid resting on my eyelashes and it was very uncomfortable but Susan fixed that for me on my first visit. I went back a week later for a touch up in other areas and was pleased with those results too. I highly recommend Susan for Botox and I'm very picky. She's also very kind and easy to talk to. Thank you Susan for giving me my confidence back. :) The gentleman working the front desk is a sweetheart and treats people like family. I was very grumpy from a long day at work but he managed to get me to smile. He has a very calm and pleasant demeanor. They are a fantastic team. Update - got a comment from someone that works at the spa. It wasn't a very nice comment, very condescending. To answer their questions - I paid 700 at your spa and I'm now having to pay another 800 - so yes, the math is off. It's not 1300 - it will be 1500 by the time all is said and done. And if your laser was so great at hair removal - I DEFINITELY wouldn't have so much re-growth nor would I need to go somewhere else. I did address it at the time and the spa was pretty much like 'oh well'. I should have wrote a review sooner, but I didn't know I was going to need close to another 6 treatments until I went to another spa. If I was promoting this spa, I would have mentioned their name. If you send me another comment I'm going to report you to the BBB. I went to this spa at the end of 2017 for laser hair removal and was told I would need around 6 to 8 sessions. I had a deal of 99.00 a visit until the hair was gone. In the middle of the year, 6 sessions later, I still had hair in the area and they told me they were going to stop using the machine for hair removal. Also, I saw at least 3 different people over that time period due to someone leaving and the schedules not being very organized. They didn't honor their original agreement, I'm out money and it was more of 'oh well' situation instead of doing anything to try and keep me as a customer. I just went to another spa and I paid for a 6 session package. I've had one session already and the difference in how much hair is 'not' coming back is night and day between the machines. I asked the new spa about this and they said the other spa had a multi use machine that was mainly for IPL - that just happened to be used for laser hair removal. Sometimes this machine doesn't work as well as something that is designed for the hair removal process - which makes sense, because the results for me were not good with Siti. I have light skin and dark hair, so it was not and issue of pigmentation or anything if that nature. I like the owner and I feel like they probably do a great job with other things, but this situation just made me question how they honor their 'deals'. And now that I will be out over 1300.00 for a Brazilian is a little extreme. And the new place I'm going trusts their machine SO much they are guaranteeing me I will be hair free after 6 sessions or the rest are free. read more

First off, I was refused the treatment not because I was condescending but because Kathlyn clearly said she "did not want to make a mistake." Then I tried to compromise but she was struggling then she "called" you to confirm. As a matter of fact, I even said ok thank you when I left Kathlyn's treatment. So Susan, why are you describing the situation as if you were there. YOU are the nurse on medical leave. You're just typing behind the phone screen while Antonio is pretending to be the manager. Went to Siti Med Spa last week for the first time to get some filler injections in my old face (69 years). Susan was so kind. She put me at ease immediately, asked lots of questions and discussed my options. She worked carefully- injections are not pain free but didn't hurt much. I had minimal bruising the next day and any signs of bruising were easily covered up with makeup when I went out to dinner on Sunday. It's Tuesday now and I am very pleased with the results. My previously sagging cheeks and lines around my mouth are lifted and much more youthful looking. I plan on returning to the med spa to lighten up some dark spots on my face. read more

I can't say enough positive things about Susan and Siti Med Spa. I'm a complete unabashed aesthetic snob combined with a strong frugalista streak in my DNA. This means sometimes I compromise quality over quantity *hanging my head* depending on other pragmatic priorities. I particularly hate car insurance renewal, it really puts a dent in my injectable budget. So I go to somebody other than Susan on occasion, under the guise that this is a good idea. Well, it's not. You go to an el cheapo somebody and end up with el horrendo results. Susan is Wonder Woman and has come to my rescue on more than one occasion. She wasn't even my practitioner, but I went crawling back to her in shame and she's either fixed me or been completely honest that she can't fix me. Tinctures of time have been my only antidote lately. She's always been professional, compassionate, and kind - to my face! Susan, I don't blame you if you laugh at my antics behind my back . . . What I see them for weekly is the B12 shots and the other lipotripic shot. The cost is pretty fair 25.00 includes two shots. The reason I come here is for the flexibility. I don't have to call ahead to make an appointment, I can squeeze it in when I have a mere 15 extra minutes in the day. Elizabeth has been so accommodating when it comes to just fitting me in unannounced. Also she is such a good listener and remembers everything you tell her.
