Julie is incredibly professional and takes the time to understand exactly what's bothering you before she even starts. We talked through the areas where I was dealing with chronic tension and pain, and she explained how she'd approach the session. The massage was exactly what I needed. She worked out knots and tight muscles that have been bothering me for a long time, but somehow managed to keep the entire experience relaxing from beginning to end. Great pressure, amazing technique, and a smooth flow that never felt choppy or clinical. I signed up for the monthly membership before I left because it honestly offers a lot for the price. The gratuity is already included, you get a complimentary enhancement every month, and seeing the same therapist regularly just makes sense if you're serious about feeling better. I also asked about using my HSA. While they're still looking into accepting HSA payments directly, they were more than happy to provide a detailed invoice for reimbursement, and I appreciated that the owner immediately started researching it after I asked. Julie only sees a handful of clients each day so she can give everyone her full attention. Do yourself a favor and book ahead because I don't think openings will last long. I decided to go with the Basic Needs 50min facial - "This customized treatment begins with a deep cleanse, followed by manual or enzymatic exfoliation to resurface the skin and then light extractions. Custom vitamin masks based on your skin needs. Finish with red LED therapy to boost elasticity, collagen production, and product absorption." My esthetician was Valerie and she was wonderful. It was such a relaxing and comfortable experience. She was even able to remove a stubborn blackhead I've had for a while. After the 50 minutes, my skin was visibly more hydrated and smoother. The establishment is clean and it's located inside a small shopping center so parking wasn't a struggle (and it's free). One of my goals for this new year is to take better care of my skin and I'm so happy to have found a place that will help me accomplish that. Will definitely be returning!

The most important things about a business to me are, being good at what you do and having great customer service. You can't have one without the other when there are so many options around San Diego! I went to Siti Spa because I did a Yelp search and found that they are close to my house. They have a lot of good reviews, which I liked, but their bad reviews all said the same thing: their Botox doesn't last. There were also a couple reviews that said Siti harassed them after posting a bad review. I'm an optimist, so I thought the good reviews outweigh the bad, so give it a try! Not the best move :( I waited past their recommended week to see results, but I didn't feel the "numbing" effect I've felt in the past. After 2 weeks, still, barely visible results. I called to tell them, and they wanted me to come in for more, but 30+ units was enough of a risk for me (it was cheap...I guess I got what I paid for). Since then, I've heard that the nurse can make a mistake when mixing the Botox, which would make it less effective - maybe that was the case here. I didn't end up going back, and I didn't return their 2nd or 3rd call to come in. I will just wait to go to a new place with a better reputation, even if I have to drive a few more miles! I know they will read this review and try to get me to try them again, but please don't keep calling. I didn't have a good experience, and I'd like to leave it at that. read more

I am from North Carolina, and am visiting my family, but when I got off the plane I realized how old I looked, lol, So my mom told me about Siti Salon, so I tried it out and I am so amazed!!! I had Candace Payne. I explained my situation to her stating that I had not dyed my hair in three years and right before I flew out I tried to dye it so I could keep up with the Cali girls, lol, but I messed up. With my frizzy two toned hair Candace said that she could fix it, AND SHE DEFINITELY DID!!! I got a color strip, redye, 2 inches cut off and the Brazilian Blowout. She seemed to know what she was doing. I am on my 4th day and when I washed, my hair stayed smooth!!! NO FRIZZ!!! just as she promised. For all who is looking for permanent straight hair this is not a solution, I was told before it was done that the Brazilian was used to relax frizz and make your hair manageable, and it did. Great atmosphere, and people!! If I ever come back this way I hope my new hair dresser will still be there!! Money well worth it, enjoy my before and after pics. I will post more in a couple of days. I recommend Susan Kincaid if you want affordable professional service. I found her through a coupon in the Reader and they didn't "bait and switch" like most of those offers do. They charged me exactly as advertised. San Diego-based for more than 20 years, Susan's a certified Family Nurse Practitioner who knows what she's doing. She patiently answered all my questions and put me at ease. The clinic offers a number of services to book "one stop" shopping for weight loss, Botox, spider vein removal and/or laser hair removal. Easy to access off the 5 with plenty of parking. Great value and service. I wrote this review for Siti Medical Clinic because you get professional service while supporting a local small business. This is the place for people who avoid large corporate medical groups that operate to just make a profit. This is the place for you unless you want to pay high prices to receive mediocre treatments with rehearsed speeches. If you come with a negative attitude, then by all means stay away. From wherever you live, it is worth the drive. Although, it is closely situated by downtown, you will find parking quickly. It is nestled among other medical facilities except this place is not sterile. It is warm, inviting, clean and comfortable. SITI MED SPA IS A HORRIBLE, TOXIC PLACE It's not often I encounter a business of any sort this bad. To start, they LIED to me when I asked if an MD or a DO would be administering my Botox. They said yes, but when I get there I find out they are using RN or NP. Which is fine, just don't lie to be about it. Next, when I get there this very rude woman asks me what I want. After I tell her, she tells me what she wants to do, and of course it costs hundreds of dollars more than what I want. She kept trying to confuse me and used SLIMY HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS to try and get me to cave to what she wanted. I told her I've been getting Botox for 4 years and I know what I want. After it was clear she couldn't pressure me to spend more, she asked me to leave saying it wasn't a good fit. NOT A GOOD FIT FOR ME OR ANYONE UNLESS YOU LIKE SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES AND NASTY PEOPLE. read more

This is my second visit to Siti and I know (from previous med spas offering same services) that Susan K is such a skilled FNP and really knows her profession in medical skin care procedures! She's genuine, kind and personable which makes for a comfortable experience for whatever procedure you're having done! She's observant and keenly studies your face, neck, chest for the optimum benefit! Their costs are reasonable and fair, and there's never any strong up sell to other products they offer, only a mild suggestion. The front office gal is so welcoming and helpful in getting me set up in a room w/ water or fresh coffee and makes me also feel comfortable & welcome! Susan can do it all too! I absolutely LOVE the Siti Med Spa!!! Susan, who is the owner, was originally my nurse practitioner and after she left the drs office and opened the Siti Med Spa, I went there to see if her chemical peels would help my acne scars. I've tried other dermatologists as well as medications and nothing has helped me or fixed the problem like Susan's peels!! I am constantly getting compliments on my face and my mother and sister have now begun going and they are constantly being complimented. After Susan's treatments on my face I no longer have any scars and I did not even burn a hole in my pocket. All her treatments are reasonably priced and she works well to make sure needs are met!! I just went to Katlyn for the first time for filler, botox and laser treatment. Katlyn was absolutely amazing. She was thorough with assessing my needs. She gave me an honest opinion about what my specific needs were. I was very anxious about this appointment, but Katlyn talked me through ever step of the procedures. Siti and Susan are the best. I've been seen Susan for many years and am very happy with her work. I've had laser treatments, chemical peels, botox and fillers. Susan keeps me looking young but in a natural not fake or over-done looking way. Her prices are the best I've seen anywhere. I'm a retired nurse. I know what to look for. Susan and Siti are exactly what I'm looking for. Susan is able to assess your skin and its imperfections quickly. Susan explains what the procedures can and cannot do. She is kind, caring and skillful. Her staff is friendly and professional. My first visit went smoothly; the staff was friendly, and the sole injector who did my Botox was kind. We discussed my goals and problem areas, and I felt we were on the same page. I understand results can vary as I've been getting Botox for over three years. In my experience, reputable med spas always make touch-ups an easy and professional process. At my follow-up appointment here however, the sole injector's attitude completely changed. When I mentioned three very minor concerns, the kind of simple adjustments any med spa would normally fix without issue, she dismissed me and said I was "obsessing." She even claimed that in her 18 years of practice, she had never had anyone "obsess" like me. Not only do I find that hard to believe, but there was no reason to insult me as a paying client. She reluctantly added a couple of units to the areas I pointed out, but I left feeling like she didn't genuinely care about the results or my satisfaction. To make matters worse, when I checked out, she told me, "This is the only touch-up I'm going to do. You can't come back again for more touch-ups." The way it was said felt like she was accusing me of trying to get extra Botox for free, which is not only insulting but unprofessional. For me, this was never about "free units", it was about getting the results I paid for. While I'm sure she may be skilled in other services, her judgmental attitude and dismissive treatment left an VERY BAD impression. A good med spa should treat every client with respect, regardless of how much money they think you'll spend... After this experience, I'll gladly return to Revive Med Spa in Mission Valley, even if it costs more. At Revive Med Spa in Mission Valley, I know I'll always be treated professionally, and they go the extra mile to ensure clients are happy. If you value professionalism, respect, and great customer service, I would not recommend this place. There are other so many other great places to get Botox where you can expect to be treated as we should. Nothing sets this place apart from the rest of the med spas in San Diego.
