I honestly should have just taken him with me. 3 days into his stay it turns out that my cat is very smart and knows how to open the kennels. apparently it's too much for a pet hotel to be understanding and figure out how to keep a cat in a kennel so we are not able to return. That was a crappy thing to hear while I'm in the middle of a stressful move. people don't board their animals because they want to- it fulfills a need and this company cannot seem to fulfill a need.

My geriatric cat, Kimmie, came to stay with Pampered Cat Boarding and we were BLOWN AWAY with how wonderful they treated her. We had updates every day with how Kimmie was doing and multiple pictures which put me straight at ease seeing how pampered and content she was staying there. She had her own area to relax in, everything was so clean, a TV playing music and bird sounds quietly in the background and a protected, enclosed outside area for her to safely sunbathe and watch all the birds and bugs outside. I have boarded my cats at many different facilities but they don't even come close to the wonderful care and attention that Kimmie received during her stay.
