I called and the phone was immediately answered by a very friendly Bill on the other end. First thing, he was very accommodating and helpful in ending my search and scheduled a time to come do our Meet & Greet the same day as I was needing him starting on Friday and it was already Thursday. With no delay he was over for our Meet & Greet asking all the necessary questions and providing me with piece of mind before I even left. I think this is very important and made a great impact with me by asking simple questions such as: Are the pups allowed on the furniture? Do they mingle well with others in the complex? Do they all eat separate? Sometimes things you don't think of especially when in a hurry! This first impression experience was by far the best I have ever went through before, no matter boarding at a facility or having someone come watch my pups at home. All my questions were answered promptly and he was asking the most important ones. Throughout our short weekend vacation I received lots of pictures and PUPdates! It was very reassuring getting pictures of our happy pups while away. Bill and his partner Dan took every bit of care and gave our pups the most love I could of hoped for! These guys are very professional and couldn't have been a bigger help to us. Most of all, our babies did not even miss a beat! They were happy little pups when we returned; the most chipper I have EVER seen them when coming back from a trip! Bill even gave me a call on his last visit giving me a final PUPdate and giving me a tip for getting our two small babies to eat all their food, which has worked very well and I am still using it. They eat their WHOLE bowl of food which was very rare before! I will most definitely be using Bill & Dan for ALL of our pups needs! Such a big thank you for all the love you gave our pups! I am beyond impressed and recommend them to any pet owner!

Diana has become like a Dutch Aunt to my fur-children! It gives me the greatest feeling of comfort that I know they will be well taken care of when I'm gone. He set up a "friendship assessment" within the next 24-48 hours. When he arrived at my apartment, both of my cats gave him a warm greeting. You can tell that he's a true animal lover and gives off good energy. He's very nice and informative, very thorough on his instructions, he is extremely detail-oriented. When he leaves, you feel confident that you chose the right person. Over our weekend trip, we paid for him to visit my cats 2x a day. Both times we received about 5-10 photos (like professional quality photos too) of the kitties and a thorough update on how they're doing. He even caught that the automatic feeder was near empty and filled it...such attention to detail!!! Zack includes changing their litter and even some light household tasks in his fee (like watering plants, rinsing cans, and he even did all the dishes before we returned). For 2 visits a day it was $50 ($25 per visit) and it was SO WORTH IT. We will 100% hire him again. He even offers to rent out a security camera if you'd like to keep an eye on them. He was very patient and was able to establish the trust needed to give my cat the insulin injections twice a day while I was away. I know it was a challenge but Reeve embraced the challenge. While I've had many dogs, none that required regular grooming. Maria was very helpful telling us the different options to groom a golden.
