    My boy bear after his spa treatment

    My name is Scott and I have a Maine coon longhair named bear. Because of his long hair he tends to have an issue with tangling but also has a lot of anxiety when it comes to me taking him to a vet or having any service done other than the people he knows in particular. Sometimes with his long hair and the tangles tangles around his bottom and you could imagine the mess and discomfort that that causes for him and for us. This is the first time I've ever use the groomer and Judy made it absolutely fantastic. I was unable to medicate there by the time that she came and that's where I really got surprised. We got bear into her van And from there it was magic. He said write down she was an absolute professional and he came back not only as silky as I've ever seen him but he was happy anxiety free and very pleased to be free from tangles. I can't say more about how much I was pleased by the results and the fact that there was stress-free and had even befriended her by the time that they were finished. Rest assured I will use her again recommend her to all my friends and even tell my vet that if they need to recommend someone she's it. Judy thank you for taking such good care of my bear and he looks forward to seeing you again.

    I was initially very pleased with Furry Land Mobile Dog Grooming. I used them once, was happy with…read morethe service, and scheduled my next appointment for two months later. My appointment was scheduled for Monday at 9:00 AM. However, on Thursday, I received an email stating that my appointment had been successfully rescheduled to a different time. The problem was that I never requested a reschedule. If Furry Land needed to change my appointment, I would have expected a phone call to discuss available options rather than receiving an automated notification that the appointment had already been moved. The new appointment time did not work for me, so I called to discuss the situation. Unfortunately, I reached an answering service. They said they would contact the franchise owner and have someone call me back. Later, I received a call from a woman who identified herself as the manager. When I explained my concern, she repeatedly told me that she had not rescheduled the appointment and that "the system" had done it. While that may have been true, it completely missed the point of my concern. My issue was not who or what changed the appointment--it was that the appointment was changed without my knowledge, approval, or input. Rather than acknowledging that frustration or offering a solution, the conversation kept returning to the fact that the system made the change. At that point, I realized we were not going to reach an understanding, so I asked that my appointment be canceled and decided to find another mobile groomer. I made one phone call and secured an appointment with another groomer for the very next day. The grooming service itself was good, which makes this experience disappointing. Customer service and communication matter just as much as the quality of the grooming, and unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations.
